Horrible company

I was in the process of placing an order today and looked up some promo codes online for IKEA. I did not know if they'd work or not it's always hit or miss. ALL other companies will tell you prior to the order being finalized if it's a valid code...not IKEA, it submitted the order at full price. I spent the last hour on the phone trying to get it canceled. I even tried to email the request to cancel through their website and it's clocking!
Let customers know prior to accepting the order if it's a valid coupon or promo code. Answer the phone in a timely manner and give an approximate wait time.
