So I used to work for radio shack in 2005 and I will never return again unless it's for a promotion. I was liked very much there or at least that's what it seemed like. I was the top seller in the store half the time and matching the manager, donald. I guess he didnt like it very much. I was going on maternity leave a month before my son was born. After I had my child and it had been time for me to come back, i came back the day I was scheduled and was told by Donald that I was fired. I knew that the company policy was that he wasnt allowed to be making those decisions for himself, only the regional manager had the say. and of course the regional manager did call me after tht incident for not showing up and i explained why. Then they wanted me to go through an entire process to get hired back, but in my opinion if they couldnt make their decision on the spot after how well I did there, then why not get a job where someone actually wants me to be at. When I was working for donald, I was being accused of stealing a 300 dollar trio phone out of the show box. It was only me and one other associate, (I wont say names because they know who they are that probably stole the phone), were working and the manager refused to believe that a customer or the other associate would have taken it. When I left the store one day after work the associates were very rude and so was donald. they would call me thief and liar as i would leave to go home. and this was before I had the baby. They even had the nerve to accuse my husband of taking it from when he was never even in the store. They all deserved to be fired because of how childish they would act together as if they were in a little clan. well, now they can be an unemployed clan of losers. and i do not appreciate the regional manager for not hearing my out completely or even apologizing to me Dave or Dan or whatever your name was, what a waste of time for bringing out such good sales in a ridiculous company. I've been at my new job for three and a half weeks and was already promoted.

well, I know who took the phone, so if that person isnt fired, fire them. call me and apologize to me for the humiliation that you all put me through when I was the only one making the best sales without even having to work for it. Send me a gift certificate to prove that you are sorry for treating me this way when I was pregnant. And if donald is still in business there, have a nice little talk with him before he ruins your entire company's wages, profits and employees. He is rude and doesnt care about anyone but himself. He made fun of everyone behind their backs and treated them as if they were less than himself. I lost my job over him, my son because i couldnt afford my son anymore and my ex had to take care of him and now I haven't seen my son since he was 2 months old. He is 4 and a half now. And also because no human being should ever be treated this way. if any of you are human enough, you need to call me with your sincere apologies. It's been a while but it took me a long time to try to get over it and I'm still hurt. So with that being said, I expect a phone call soon. Thanks and have a blessed day!
