A few days ago my family and I went out to eat at Olive Garden. My order came with mashed potatoes and while eating them I found what appeared to be a piece of a chipped plate in them. We flagged down the waiter and told him of the problem. We explained to him that we were not upset but that we thought he should know so they could find out where this apparent plate fragment had come from and if there were any more. He thanked us and offered to bring me a fresh order of mashed potatoes. I declined since I was full. When it was time to pay we saw that he had taken off my entire meal and drink and when we asked for to go boxes for the rest of the meal he threw in some extra bread sticks. We go to Olive Garden once every few months and we always have a good experience. This time was no exception.
