Service for landline
by Patricia C. - Posted Thu February 3, 2011 @ 8:58 AM

My mother in law, who is in her 80's, and has a heart condition, was told that she has to wait 5 days for someone to come fix her phone. The same problem happened a few months ago...it was a problem with the outside wiring, not in her house. She cannot wait 5 days. What if she has an emergency? She lives alone & does not own or does not want a cell phone. She needs to have service within one day. She cannot wait. If anything happens to her, you will be held responsible!!

It is not her fault that she needs service, it is up to you to provide it. People that have medical issues need to have priority. She needs her phones fixed within one day.
