We have ate at Burger King for several years at the Lakeport Ca location. We will no longer eat there for the following reasons. Most important is the quality of the Burger prepared has gotten worse. IE-the ingredients put on the burger etc.

In-addition our experience there a couple days ago was the last straw for us. We had a coupon for a savings after taking a survey by phone at first they would not honor because it was a couple days over the time. ( They did honor it though by the clerk.) She was friendly and frustrated that Burger King has changed it's rules etc. The reason we will not go there anymore is because the food quality is not the same and the ketchup is terrible tasting yuck! and in-addition they do not have paper towels in the restrooms just a hand blower. (It appears over all they are trying to cut expenses to the customers disadvantage.) We will go elsewhere.

Improve the quality of your food and do not argue about a coupon a couple days over the date and put paper towels in your bathrooms. Plus check that Catsup pump there is something wrong there. The Catsup tastes awful.
