After a month of being part of Match.com, I have had zero luck. That being said this is why. After filling out my profile to what led me to what I thought was the best possible profile, it wasn't. I am not very good with words or grammar. I enlisted the help of Profile Pro, for a fee. This was after a few days/week of being online, already over 100 women viewed me. Finally after a failed first time with Pro assistance I was given another assistant, this is now nearly a week after requesting Profile Pro. Now after the second assistant gave me an acceptable "about me" 100 times better than the last, I attemted to use that. My views reduced to less than 50 more. Finally I deleted all information given to me or used from Profile Pro, still no replies/emails. After nearly 200 women view my profile with its lack luster apperance, before many changes, both from Profile Pro and myself it proved to be useless and the chances of any woman revisiting my profile is reduced to non-existant.
With that being said, I attempted to email women, and some not so desirable emailed me. Also all my "matches" were terrible, not matching what I was looking for they were Fat/ugle/heritage indifferant/distance issues. When I finally made contact with "two" women, they felt robotic, and when requesting a meet they stopped replying(bot?). Another issue is that profiles can be set up for free and ppl can "wink" for free, how do I know when I email them that they just dont have a free profile and cant email me, I think thats called "baiting"!
Its simple I signed up for the six month guarantee. Its not working for me! The service has been terrible. I have attempted to contact match for assistance, replies have been scares, I have ended up having to call or use online chat. Calling the 800# has resulted in disconnects, calling the Supervisor Amanda, has resulted in saying "# you dialed is disconnected".

I just want a pro-rated refund plus my Profile Pro refunded and my account cancelled.
