I terminated my membership to Gold's Gym in Florissant, Missouri in July 2010 within the deadline. I recently discovered (June 2011) that Gold's Gym apparently did not terminate my contract and has been withdrawing the monthly fee from my credit union. I talked to the manager by telephone and she said she would talk to "corporate" and get back to me the same day. Another person contacted me that evening to say she hadn't heard from "corporate." The past three days she has been unavailable.

Gold's Gym needs to refund me the money taken out of my credit union.
