Horizon Zoom service

My wife and I opened an account for her Horizon zoon. This account was only for 1 month. I called to close the account before the account went into the second month. Now I am getting calls for payments that include a second month and they tell me I can't close the account becuse it only has my wifes mane on it.
In the past, this same company kept aclling me about an account that was not mine. It belonged to someone who lived over 1400 mile away from me, and had a different SSN from mine. They refused to listen even when I gat they the phone number of the correct person. I had to contact my lawyer and then gave them his number before they stopped calling.
This compny has no idea about what they are doing.
1. Accept the fact that we do not want to extend our service for more than 1 month at a time.
2. Cancel our service as of 30 July 2011.
3. Hire someone who know how to give proper customer service, and get rid of the ones who have no idea as to what they are doing.
