I have been with your service for yearw. I have never been treated well (please see other complaints before we canceled) I called to canceled and was told that I have to bring in the equipment first????? You can change me for that if I do not turn it in (Not my service which I have not been getting) This is recorded on 1-7-2012) I have had so many problems with your service but no one called us back. Please lison how I was treated when I was trying to get this done. I would have still been a customer if I was treated better. so much for that. I will not pay for a service that I have not been getting. The bill is for a month in advance. Please review how rudly I was teated after being a long time cutomer
