Dell's Tech Support Sucks

I purchased a new Inspiron computer for our business in April 2011. The thing is a pile of garbage It has broken down repeatedly and has wasted hours and hours of my time. Dell refuses to replace it. They keep trying to repair it but they never get it repaired.
They will not fix it now but want to try more troubleshooting, which just wastes more of my time. They get paid for their time, I do not. Even if they fix it temporarily, I can never use it for the businesses again, which is why I purchased it. It crashes on a regular basis and their "fixes" do not work.
I want my money back in full and I want reimbursed for the hours and hours of my time they have wasted. I do not want a credit on my account, I want a check in the mail.
