overcharging/bad customer service

I'm a new customer as of dec 22 2011. I have been run around by your lack of customer service. My service as of this date of this letter has not been taken care of. At&T has no problem with the billing me at completely different rates that were not part of my experence of dec 22. My rate for internet and long distance (local) was quoted to me at 50.95/mo plus tax. I left comcast because of this rate was better. Now my first bill was 85.00 and now I'm being billed 267.00 for just internet and phone (they are charging me for long distance).When I call I get a big run around and end up on the phone for 2 hours, to. top that I was then hung up on when I wanted to talk to a supervisor. I have done this at least three time since my service started, and it has not been resolved. I will not pay four times what was was only paying comcast. Your customer need to be able to talk to someone else when your regular customer service cannot fix the problem. I still cannot get movies downloaded from my TV due to my lines get knocked off due poor data going thru the lines, but no one would come out they just sent another modem (said the one we had was defective) How can they know that if they do not come out. So as a new customer I still do not have all my serives you are suppose to provide me, but you want me to pay this new bill for 267.00. I will not pay it. Your customer get stuck talking to someone in another country you cannot understand and they will not let you talk to anyone else. I believe from my searches online there are alot of us (customers) out there right now very disatified.
I want a call from someone that will fix all my problems that should have been taken care of a long time ago. I want a new bill with my bundle for phone including long distance and internet to be billed at the rate I was quoted $50.95/mo plus tax. I cannot figuire out why this cannot be taken care of. Also I want my intenet workidng correctly so I'm not being knocked offline all the time. Better customer service. I will swiched back to comcast and pay them who I had been with for years,
