Furious with Sprint's disrespect from finance dept supervisor!!!

I set up a payment arrangement to pay my past due amount on Feb 21, 2012 and I received an email confirmation from the finance dept saying that I made the arrangement for Feb 24, 2012 - which was correct. However, at the top of the morning on Feb 24 my service was interrupted, so I called Sprint and the customer svc rep didn't have record of any email correspondence I had, so he connected me with the supervisor.
I spoke to her and she didn't see any record. I read to her my email and the name of the representative that sent it and she said there is no name of anyone there by that name. She told me that I need to stop talking and listen. I listed and she continue to be rude. She said, "Sir, well you can continue to talk but I'm done with this call." I assured her that I wasn't being rude and that my matter was not resolved. She said she's not restoring my credit and said I am making this all up.
She continued to try to hang up from me. I requested she stay on, so I can get this resolved. I asked if I could send her my email correspondence and she said yes, but gave me a general fax number. Then I asked if the fax would come directly to her and she said she's not going to deal with it, so if I want to send it I can.
i sent it and someone sent me an email correspondence saying it was their error. However, I've been with Sprint for years (about 8 years)and have NEVER been treated with the upmost disrespect, especially by a Supervisor. I want to cancel my service with Sprint because disrespect and rudeness like that will not be tolerated by me.
I want to be let out of my contract ASAP because this was the ultimate form of disrespect and lack of customer service.
