I was a First Premier Customer since 2008 after moving I wasn't able to get my statements and I was bombarded with fee's and could n't pay the 100 minimum payment, after calling to see if I could lower it, they refused and after not paying,it was Charged Off. After paying them back every penny this Charge Off has really affected me in obtaining Prime Credit Cards. The staff are really rude to me and all I want is a good will gesture in removing this tradeline. I know they can do this as I have seen they have done this to other people who have settled. I have paid them back and they can't understand that people make mistakes when they're young and all I want is a clean credit score.
I would just like for someone who has a heart in this company to please remove this tradeline, it was never my intention to stop paying, I just went through a rough patch and the minimum asked was to much for me to pay. Please remove this tradeline I know you can and I would be truly grateful for ever of that.
