Upon arrival 3/21/12, our group of 4, with VIP tickets, for the Rat Pack at the Crown Theater were shown to our seats at which time we were informed that we could get "stage" seating for an additional $5 each. The VIP seating was atrocious (low couches that we could not sit back and view the show). In addition, stale popcorn was placed on the tables in front of us. As I have a back problem, it was necessary for me to request a chair so that I could sit down. It is deplorable that VIP tickets would consist of such poor seating.

As we paid more money for VIP seating that was impossible to sit and enjoy the show, and were told that for the upright chair seating at tables were more money, I would like to have a refund of
$50 per ticket (100.00). Never, have I been subjected to such poor seating and a request at the venue for additional money (that went into the pockets) for "better" seats!
