Don't buy a bed at Macy's

I thought if I went to Macy's to purchase a bed I would get a great product, guarantee and great service.
What I got was inept service, a salesperson interested in commission rather than listening and i now have a bed sitting on the floor. I can't move it, I can't dress it with bed skirt. They now want me to pay $70 for the frame and another $70 delivery fee.
The salesperson said its easy to get another one - just go to Costco.
She does not realize I had the 2 hours devoted to getting the bed. Its not easy working 7 days a week to take care of making up for her not paying attention and offering good service. If she would only have listened - I told her 3 times I had nothing - no furniture - no household items - I needed to replace everything - she could have made sure I had the frame WITH the delivery.
The poor delivery drivers had to hear it and when I complained about the bed sitting on the floor they said every time they deliver without a frame the same thing happens. The salesperson missed the boat.

Macy's should bring me a frame - free of charge - free delivery to make up for the frustration. - In my time allowance!!
I have shopped at this store for clothes, household, linens, cosmetics, shoes and more for YEARS - since 1960! First time for furniture - maybe the last.
