My Zales card is listed as late in feb of 2012. It was not late and i am ahead in payments. Zales made the mistake and has since sold all there credit services to Citibank. Both of them say they can not fix this late payment on my credit report and now I am being denied a home loan because of 4 points. Removing this will raise my score by 20-25 points. Please help.

I would like for you to remove this from my credit report so I can buy a house. Thank you.
