I had called to cancel my account because of financial reasons and the rep said she understood and asked me a few questions and offered me another package at a lower rate and I decided to go with it. She also waived this month's fee for it. She was very helpful, polite and most of all she was not pushy like other companies tend to be when you try to cancel your account. I will definitely recommend stamps.com to everyone I know that needs it. Great job and keep it up. I am overall thrilled with my service, I only wish I remembered her name so she could get credit for this.
