I signed up for sprint cell service in novermber of 2011,i was promised a port in creadit of $375 for 3 lines a$125 each,and 2 $50 gift crds i told the sales rep are you sure he said yes, i called sprint a few times about the rebates and was told i will get them after 61 days of service,and that all of the info and conversation are on the records and they can see them and can see were i was told about getting the prot in credits and gift card or mail in rebates, so i waited then called in to get the credits then was told that i cant get them that they would have to check into it then it turned into game then i asked to talk to a manager the same thing happen they would call me back afew times then i would get no calls at all and start the process all over this has been going on since feburary of 2011,i was told so many differant thing ,i called the sales rep were i bout the phones and he said he remembered me and that i sould get the creditds call the store back they told me that because thet were a represenitive of sprint that i cant have the credits callthem back and they said that is not true i should be able to get the credits and rebates, so i called back and then was told because the port incredits promo was up in oct 2011 that is why i cant get the credit and there was no rebate for the evo 3 d,then my wife calleds in about 1 or so ago and tried because i was out of town and they gave her a $70 credit and told that there is nothing else i can do!i cant beleave all this trouble and been told so many thing by differant people ,and being told by sprint reps that i would get the credits and card and they can see were i was told that and they dont give them to me !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I WOULD LINE MY PORT IN CREDITS OF $375,$125 PER LINE FOR 3 LINE AND A $50 GIFT CARD I AM ASKING FOR WHAT I WAS PROMISED BY DIFFERANT PEOPLE AND THE WORST PART IS THEY SAID THEY CAN SEE WERE I WAS PROMISED IT!!!!!!
