Hi I have a Steve Madden purse that I just LOVE and I lost 2 little silver screws on the end and the black leather fell off. Well I asked the company if they could replace them and they said no. WHY?? It would have been great for him to say sure I will mail them to you . Because I could fix it ,(if i had those little bitty parts) but he said no they don't ship out parts. So my suggestion would be, that if it's something like that small ,yes replace them and mail them out!! I am a purse lover and some purses you can not find again. thanks again and think about it !
