False advertising
by Paul F. - Posted Tue July 3, 2012 @ 5:43 PM

On June 23rd,2012 while in San Diego, I purchased online a 32GB SD card online for under $9.00 (after rebate) for pickup at the Burbank store.
Upon return to Los Angeles on June 27th to the store to pick up the card. The cashier informed the the card was only held until June 26th but to check with a salesperson to see if there were any remaining in stock.
A salesman advised there were none available but to check the weekend ad in the L. A Times. The 8 page Fry's circular in the L. A. Times dated June 29th advertised a Patriot 32GB card for $9.99 with no required rebate.
Returning to the store on Saturday, June 30th to buy the card, I was informed that the price was a 'misprint' and that the actual cost was $17.99. This sounds like 'bait and switch' to me.

I would like Fry's to honor their ad and sell me the card at the advertised price.
