I got my new statement and my bill went up and each time i call you say it cause of the loss well i think you guys should not punish those of us who drive safely and make no claims why should i have to pay for someone elses' mistakes i think you should up their insurance and not mine they had the accident or house fire while i did not but they get new stuff and me here with no claim has the same stuff and has to pay for their new stuff it is a racket and i'm tierd of it like i said on the phone if this does not get fixed i'm looking for a new insurance company thank you
