I have a thought concerning your airline that I'd like to pass on. I hope you find it of some benefit.

Here's the suggestion: After the FAA shut down of all flights, my friend has been stranded in the San Francisco Bay area for 2 1/2 days.
She has a reservation with SWA to return to Dallas on Friday 9/14/01, but that seems to be "unlikely".
She MUST get back home - work = pay and her patients need her.
Are there other Dallas - ites you could put us in touch with so they could charter a van or bus???

When I consider all of the interactions I've had with your company, I'd have to say I'm extremely happy with your performance. I'm likely to fly with you again. And, you can bet I'll recommend others fly you, too.

Here's some more about me: I've flown five times or less in the past 12 months, mostly for pleasure. I usually buy a full-fare coach ticket.

It was not the airlines responsibility to put distressed passengers on alternative methods of transportation.
