I'm writing to bring your attention to a problem I had with the employees at your restaurant. I hope you will take this complaint seriously and come up with a quick resolution. This happened at your restaurant located at Katy Mills Mall in Katy, Texas. My specific complaint is about the waitress/waiter.
Here's what happened: I decided to stop in to your store located in Katy Mills Mall in Katy, Texas. I waited 10 minutes before someone seated me and told me my waiter would be back for my order. 15 minutes later my waiter came to ask for my drink order. I ordered two Dr. Peppers and received 1 sprite and 1 coke. I asked the server to exchange my drink and he literally GRUNTED at me!!! He FINALLY brought the drinks back (correct, by the way) and we placed our order for two burgers and a side of onion rings. While waiting the 25 minutes for our food the cooking staff did not have hair binded, and the manager was on duty. Several members of the cooking staff were touching their faces. To top it all off our burgers were burnt/charred. Upon leaving I complain to the manager who says "OH, they're just highschool kids....."
My overall experiences with your company have been very unpleasant. I will never eat at your restaurant again. I will avoid recommending you to others.
Here's how I'm hoping you will fix the problem: Please fire these lazy highschool kids. I was never offered a refund either!
