I hate leaving negative reviews like this but I feel it is completely necessary. In addition, let me start by saying I do understand company policies are in place and that a representative can not control them. The best word for me to describe the level of customer service I received from Verizon Wireless today is shameful. The entire story is too long to write out but my local store in Evans, Georgia should be very embarrassed. I have never experienced service so horrendous before and from not just one, but several members of the staff. I would be so ashamed to give customer service like this at my job. I received a lot of incorrect information from the start, and then, to add insult to injury I was treated like the scum on the bottom of someone's shoe. If I am able to find a phone company that fits my needs I will be leaving Verizon. I guess this is the appreciation you receive after being a loyal customer for SO MANY years. I just hope that Verizon can see how poorly their customer service is being rated by so many and make some serious changes. Hopefully leaving this review along with others may assist them in taking steps in a different, more positive direction. This is not the way to run a business, no matter how large the company is.

Caremark reaping off my dad who is a long time customer for them. My dad suppose to get 3 Asthma pump which is 90 days supply for $80. But they charged $240 and sent monthly supply for 3 months. They sent last month supply without my dad’s consent and changed for it. They have policy to charge $80 co pay for two month supply but they still charge $80 for 3 supply each month. My wife call them three to four times spending hours but no result. They don’t care by saying they understand but don’t do anything. Instate of helping their long time customer they are blaming it on doctor etc.
Please fix the system. Help your long time customers instate of looking for loop wholes to charge and fraud them.

My name is christina Houdek I have to kids witch I used parents choice diaper with both of them. I have a 2 year old now. You all have changed to diaper once again and every time you do they get worse and worse. i use to love your diapers and know the suck so bad I would be ashamed to sell these things to people. I have been a long time costumer to you and know every time my kid pees, she pees all over her self. They will not hold anything any more. and they are so cheaply made that the tabs tare every time I pull them open to put them on her.If you plane in keeping your customers them you need to go back to the way they use to be made. I would not recommened them to my dog. I'm not the only person who feels this way. I have a lot o family who has kids in diapers and all of us have stopped useing them. I'm not trying to be mean, but please try to fix the problem before you have bo one buying them any more. Thank you!

I just want you to know about the commercial for Huggies Diapers. The baby is adorable, but peeing every 2 min. all over the ceiling gets to be too much. Could you just do it once or a new commericial for that part. Thank you very much.

Bank of America, please get more training for the individuals at the branches in east TN as it is desperately needed. When the house is packed to the point that folks are lined up out in the parking lot it is NOT appropriate for the "merchant tellers" to be sitting there at empty windows staring into space. They should be taking the next customer in line! I dont know why merchants are so important that someone needs to just sitting there waiting for them, while the rest of us are packed into that hot building like cattle. All our money spends the same!
Furthermore, I was unable to voice my complaints to a manager at that particular time. I became enraged by the situation and unfortunately had to excuse myself. You see, this was the second time in two weeks I have been packed in this place like
sardines while the merchant tellers sat at their windows looking out
at the crowd. I did not wish to escalate the situation to violence so
I left.
Train their teller.

My daughter will be 2 next month and I love parent's choice and have always used parent's choice brand in anything I could. However, that changedrecently with the "new and improved" diapers. They are horrible. I didn't think there was anything wrong with how they were before. But it got to the point where she was peeing through her clothes in a matter of know time. Also, she got where she would wake up 2-3 times in the night because she peed all over herself. She also started to get little red bumps. So needless to say, I have changed brands. I would go back if the diapers go back to how they used to be but until then as far as diapers go, I won't be buying them.

Dear Sears:
I have shopped your stores beginning at a vary
young age when my Grandmother took me school shopping.I have over the years continued to shop at Sears because I think your products are top of the line. However because of the catalog pictures that I find offensive of woman in inappropriate looking situations, I have desided to end my shopping with you.I furthermore will recommend to all my friends and family to STOP SHOPPING with you until you remove the inapprotate and offensive pictures and products in your catalog.

I think that dress codes are getting almost non-existent. I don't like to see some woman's cleavage and other things. That belongs to the husband or themselves not to everyone out tere. It' s too much. I don't care about fashion. Fashion should never dictate good sense. Sounding like a prude, then so be it. Women wonder why so many men ogle them and wonder why rapes are up. Go figure. Get some clothes on and let's return to decency. Every society in history that let down it's morals also went down.
What some men do is wrong and but so is what many women do. To try and seduce someone is as wrong as rape and other things.

I had a comment deleted by PF and cannot figure out, for the life of me, why. It would be nice if you could notify people as to why their comments are being deleted. As far as I can tell, mine was removed just because someone might not have agreed with it, which is wrong.

Hello,
I am a very very happy customer when it comes to your
VITAMIN WATER products, especially the RESCUE-GREEN TEA!
Whenever i go into PUBLIX and KROGERS it's never there
and it's the most popular!one
ESSENTIAL ORANGE, POWER-C, DEFENSE, FORMULA 50 are alright, but not like the GREEN TEA-RESCUE one!
I have talked to the vendors that come into the stores and they just ignore me!
So, my suggestion is that you have your vendors put more of it in the stores!
You have all the other flavors that no one buys!!!the green tea one which is called RESCUE never stays because customers buy it more!!!!!THAT'S MY SUGGESTION!Thanks

Not a bad suggestion.
I think it really depends on the scenarios and type of community that you are dealing with. For example,
If there is a troll (individual flamer), most likely they will move on and you won't have to use any block features.
If you are the target of a cyberbully, the ignore feature might be more useful, since online bullies tend to single out they're victims.
But keep in mind that bullies are far more destructive then trolls. Since they usually have followers that help flame up against you, since they (the followers) are usually afraid of being the bullies next victim.
Also, cyberbullying is not just limited to members of a forum, they can start from the admin and down, on the chain of command. Bullies usually have a highpost count and are familiar with the "legal system" within that online community. They can easily dismiss they're victims "fighting back efforts" as "ranting and raving".
Ignore features should be handled cautiously and discussed with the moderators and admin of that site. I have found most admin and mod's to be fair and impartial but keep in mind that there corrupt ones out there too that can empower the onlinebullies.
take care

Hi, I have a suggestion. Not sure if it has been posted in the past. I am wondering if it is possible to ignore a specific member's comments?
For example, on many bulletin boards/forums I belong to, you can "ignore" a member. this means you never see any comments from them. Sometimes, it makes threaded conversations look odd, however, it cuts down a lot on bickering, etc.
Just a thought.....

Resently I have been having problems get net zero sprite in convenient stores and in stores that have coolers with single coke products. I don't think I'm the only one looking for them either. My husband went to the QT store by our house and the coke rep there filling the cooler told him only specified stores would now be carrying net zero. Please tell me this is not true. Thanks for listening. Julie Powers

I'm finally beginning to understand this site. I've noticed that most responders are NOT particulary friendly to the aggrieved consumer. Interestingly, consumer complaints are usually met with sarcasm and ridicule, and then a vigorous defense of the company or business; the consumer is simply venting or irrational; that's the assumption. I venture to guess that about half the responses are "anti-original-poster" if one were to do a count.
Hmmm... that's a rather strange attitude to be taken by "average Joe consumer advocates", isn't it?
Unless... now here's s wild guess... that half the posters here are actually shills that post false positive responses for the companies that are getting criticized. There's absolutely no way to prevent that. It's the same old problem with any sort of forum or message board; it's just that THESE flooders and trolls are too smart to disobey the rules of Planet Feedback and get kicked off.
What is comes down to is that the companies that are getting hammered here are a lot smarter and have a lot more at stake than the management of "Planet Feedback".
For these reasons, I have concluded that this site is not worth my time. I'm off to find a better one.

My wife and i recently made a visit to yiur store to look for some slacks for me and some lingera for her. She could only find one package in her size , a clerk asked her what she wanted, she said I'll be right back and she came back with exactly my wife wanted.
Meanwhile I was in need of some slacks , I could find my size the clerk found me what i needed which fit my waist bvut not my inseam length. She directed me to a alteration shop two doors away, she thanked us for shopping at sears and asked if she could be of any more assistance. How refreshing to have sales people treat customers.WE have shopped often at sears and will shop in the future. Wher ever you found this employee find more.

I am a student here in the uSA. I just made few calls recently to China looking at their offer which was reasonable. I opened an account and got to know that it was post paid. Then They promote on their website that for International calls, say to China, the call rates are 6.9 cents per minute. Now, I have been charged $117 for 61 0r 62 minutes which one of their Reps. tol dme that they have charged $1.64 per minute . They gave me the stupid reason that i might have called directly. I now have no clue through a toll free number and using country code follwed by number ..how c'm became direct international calls .
Can anybody suggest me how to get back my money which they have charged already ?

HI, I AM SUGGESTING TO ALL PARENTS THAT WOULD LIKE TO HAVE THEIR KIDS 1ST BIRTHDAY PARTY AT CHUCK E. CHEESE. I STRONGLY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND YOU TO GO HAVE THEIR PARTY AT THIS ESTABLISHMENT(MILLER RD. FLINT, MI LOCATION). THE KIDS THAT ATTENDED THE PARTY ASKED THE HOST FOR SOME WHITE CONTAINERS TO PLACE THEIR CAKE IN TO TAKE HOME, THE MANAGER WHOSE NAME IS MARTIN ASKED THE SECURITY GUARD WHOSE NAME IS RICH TO FOLLOW THE KIDS TO MAKE SURE THE DON'T STEAL ANYTHING OFF THE SALAD BAR. MY 8YEAR OLD HEARD THE MANAGER EXACT WORDS, AND HE CAME OVER TO ME AND HIS DAD TO TELL US WHAT HE HEARD. AND ABOUT 10 MINUTES LATER THE SECURITY GUARD SNATCHED A CUP OUT OF A 5 YEAR OLD HAND SAYING YOU CAN'T HAVE THIS(IT WAS A CUP OF POP IN A CLEAR CUP THE HOST HANDED THE KIDS AND TELLING THEM THEY CAN SELECT ANY BEVERAGE THEY WOULD LIKE TO BECAUSE IT WAS CLOSE TO CLOSING TIME AND THE REAL DISAPPOINTMENT IS THAT AFTER THAT CONFIRMTATION IS THAT I LEARNED ABOUT 10 MINUTES EARLY THE SECURITY GUARD DID THIS VERY SAME THING TO A 3 YEAR OLD.

I wish there was a better search for feedback. Example, if I wanted to see the complaints from "Late airplanes", it would be nice to read them all at once rather than have to go to each company and see what they have on them.
Anyway, if you would make it available to search letters as well as companies, that would be great!

It would be kind of cool if when a large issue, like say Walmart and layaway, arises, there could be a standard "protest letter".
That way, the consumer could be heard and counted by the retailer,in a coherant way.And we could have just one letter to debate the merits, or lack thereof, of layaway.

The thing I have found the most enjoyable about PFB is not necessarily the letters, but the conversations they sometimes spark. Is there/could there be a common blog or something where we could debate, say,the social responsibility of large retailers, or the need for layaway, or when, if ever, it is appropriste to ask for free stuff? ( or any thing else for that matter) We could all then be free to debate, insult, make up with each other as we see fit without distressing anymore OPs.

I replied to a post in the Mr. Helpful's Tip Jar and am wondering if I put it in the right place...maybe it belongs here?
I also realized that maybe the person I replied to isn't an administrator or something of that nature. If I barked up the wrong tree, sorry!
The writing was done in a manner that seemed professional so I thought I was reading something coming from PFB staff...
I don't know even if it was Venice I replied to or Dragonflygirl or someone else...I feel stupid that I can't figure it out, but hey, at least I am being honest! :)
Anyway here is my comment in case it's not the right person, because though I can't follow the thread's beginning, what was said by the poster about Venice really hit home.
******************
I think that it should be absolutely imperative that anyone responding to a person's letter should talk about what they could do to improve the letter and possible suggest methods to acheive satisfaction (seek legal counsel, try this brand instead, etc). If they aren't going to do that, they shouldn't be responding.
Can't that just be a simple tenent which is easily enforced...people
who are reported can have their comments reviewed and if they are just bashing, after a warning, they are banned from making further comments for a period of time. If they continue their barrage against posters, they should be banned. It's not right that we come here to warn others about our experience and try to get resolution from the
companies and we get insult added to our injury.
I truly hope this issue is addressed in a way that illicits some
change. While I am all for free speech, I for one wouldn't remain
part of a forum where I get attacked for being mad.
Sincerely,
Daniela Elefteriadis
*************************
Also, while I'm here (and if it's addressed somewhere else, point me to where) why don't you list the mailing address and contact info for the people the letters are going to anymore. I think I remember it being included in the letter. I liked to think that I could use that information and follow up with a strong feeling via snail mail as well.
just wondering....

i am not sure if this has been brought up, but one thing that concerns me is how people are throwing out their phone numbers on letters and making the letters public. i just read one about the pictures, and she put her phone number on there.
while it should not be your responsibility to make sure people here are using common sense(im not trying to throw that out as an insult, but these days, you really shouldn't put your phone number up like that), when it comes to this, i think maybe it should be against policy to post a phone number in a public letter.
maybe if you can allow it only in a private letter, so only the company the complaint is being sent to can read it, it would help the situation a little bit more. it was just a thought though.

I have a suggestion for the letter generator. There should be a warning that once a letter is posted as shared, it cannot be removed. Maybe that would force people to seriously think about their complaints and demands before subjecting themselves to critique and possible criticism.
Also, when I get timed out while in the process of posting a new comment in my blog, the login page should appear instead of losing everything. If I don't remember to copy it first, I usually don't rewrite it because I'm lazy.

My suggestion is that users that do not support the Mission of this site be removed from the site. I have made 2 complaints recently, only to be attacked and called "a princess" and told my complaints were invalid and ridiculous, as though I was trying to get a freebie. I was given almost no constructive criticism. My complaints were well-written and completely constructive and the least I deserve is a member of this site is to be treated like a human being. There is no point even keeping this site running if all it is is a forum for 5 or 6 people who have nothing better to do (such as those who replied to my posting about United Airlines, if you need an example) to sit around judging others and bashing them for expecting to receive good service. Whoever mediates this site needs to set some guidelines on feedback. "Venice" suggested I just don't post "these type" or complaints (implying my complaints were ridiculous) which as far as I am concerned defeats the whole purpose of this site. This site is not only to help direct letters to recieve compensation for poor service or errors, or recognize outstanding service, but to share experiences and let others judge for themselves if they will patronize these companies in the future. Not to invalidate others feelings on what good service it. If you don't like what I wrote, then dont read it.

Mr. Helpful, would you be so kind as to include your email address on your public profile? I was trying to find your email address to report personal information in a shared letter so you could remove the information but I got tired digging to try to find a post where you've included your email address. I know I've sent you some before but I'm being a bad girl right now and I'm viewing the website from work (shhhh, don't tell) and don't have your address in my contacts list here at work.
Anyway, the post is http://www.planetfeedback.com/index.php?level2=blog_viewpost&topic_id= 290804
and if it hasn't already been fixed it includes very personal information.

I think that if you are quotting what someone is saying there should be a special feature that lets us know this because it would make things less confusing. Maybe it can be in a different colour or font. Or in a box like thing so that you know that you are quotting someone and not making the remark yourself.

Kind of a petty one (low priority), but why doesn't my avatar update correctly? From "far away" (smaller) it looks like my new blue avatar, but when I click a response (bigger) it goes back to my old red avatar.
Smiles to you and thank you.

Hey you inciter of Ladies Jello-Wrestling! ; )
Just wondering, when PFB took over YGH years (and years and years) ago, did they acquire/store any of the old letters from that site?
I know there have been MANY changes in the site since then.
Not that it's a big deal or anything, I was just curious if my early foray into consumerism had been preserved for posterity! (LOL!)

I know you got your hands full, but I would like to request help on behalf of CrazyRedHead because she is not sure how to explain the problem to you.
CrazyRedHead's personal blogger and public profile are not integrated. Here are the links:
This is CrazyRedHead's personal blogger:
http://www.planetfeedback.com/index.php?level2=blog_viewpost&topic_id=

And this is her profile:

Is there anything you can do to fix it?

On August 31st I emailed Mr.Helpful after I discovered a member was posting nasty things about me in another members blog. Many times he has stated that if you see a post you think needs to be removed you should email him. Well thanks for nothing, "Mr. Helpful". You completely IGNORED me and the nastiness is still posted. If I sound upset I am. I have never interacted with this "Zachary" before and yet he went and posted hateful things about me in Alley's blog. Why? I have no idea. Here is the text of the IGNORED email. I guess the moral of the story is Mr. Helpful couldn't care less!
Hi...
Look, I know Zachary is a kid and all, and that's cool. I think it's great that a child is so interested in consumer issues. However, I don't think
it's cool that he is posting nasty messages about me on Alley's blog attacking me for the posts I've made on the Suggestion Box. Can something be done? I don't recall calling anyone a "condescending jerk" ...in fact the worst thing I can remember saying is that Gino's advice in the Verizon and
old people letter was useless because he went on about how he understands that sometimes a bill doesn't get paid and what the letter writer should do when the letter writer clearly stated the phone line needed to be fixed, not that a bill was past due. A little harsh, yes, but nothing compared to the venom I've seen in replies to other letters. I was going to post this under Marge's complaint about Zachary but I felt it would be more appropriate to contact you directly. Thank you!

In the PETA/KFC discussion letter a post I took much interest in was deleted. It was posted by IluvmyDobes (yes?) and it was in regards to PETA supporting groups to blow up buildings in which animal testing is done.
Just curious seeing as there was nothing abusive in it and there couldn't be anything slanderous as the original letter remains intact... what's the deal?

The search needs to be fixed so you can view by company name. The feature now either says there is "no matches" or you get a mish mash of random letters, on every subject/company besides the one you searched for.
Do you remember back in the day when you would search for Best Buy & it would pull up all the letters from Best Buy? Even better yet, you could click on a link to see the companies overall ratings & levels of satisfaction in different categories. PLEASE BRING THIS FEATURE BACK!
I used to use this site a lot before you made the changes, but haven't used it since. I not only wrote letters to complain, praise & suggest. But I also used PF to do research prior to making purchases or choosing to do business with companies.
I come back every so often to see if you have fixed the search problem only to find that you haven't. I have checked the suggestion box thread every time only to find similar complaints to mine.
I really can't imagine why this hasn't been taken care of by now. I see you have added a Google search option, but haven't fixed this annoying issue. I guess I may have to write one last letter. It will be a complain letter to you, Planet Feedback.

I don't know if this was intentional or not but when I got the newsletter I also got 8 pictures used on here as an attachment. I got a picture of crackerbarrel, a satellite dish, danskins, you get the idea.
Was there a reason for that or were they just along for the ride? :-D

I'd like to request that this site NOT be open to children. There is too much potential for abuse-you ask for a lot of personal info when signing up and it's actually illegal for you to ask a child for it anyway. There is one child on here names Zachary who really should be banned. Most of his replies to letters are either totally off the mark, rude, inappropriate, or just plain ignorant.

I am dishearted to see so many nasty members of your site. My God, if I had a complaint about a company, I definitely wouldn't use this site to distribute it. You have users, like "Alley," who attack at nothing (she is so much better than anybody else...obviously). She is horrible in my opinion and unless it is her being wronged, everything she suggests is "suck it up and die." No matter what anybody posts, she is hateful to the max. This is one of your regulars that you obviously support. To me, she, and many others, are sickening. I thought this site was about some kind of support...but the only support is giving nasty people a chance to spread their criticism and hate to everybody and everything.
Case in point: Man writes a nice letter to a restaurant because his steak was not done to his liking. He asked nothing, no freebies, nothing, just wanted his complaint to be acknowledged. This Alley person writes "suck it up and stop yer whining." Wow, that's compassionate, huh?
Another writes about a filthy McDonalds, fully stating that they went inside after being in the drive in lane. Alley immediately writes about how could they be so stupid as to see what's inside when they were in the drive in lane??? Who isn't reading here. I find her appalling and disgusting. Yet, you applaud her as a member and so do other members. I don't get it.
Shame on you!

Can you pleases stop filling the 15 Minutes of Fame with this stuff? I thought this site was about LETTERS?
Not all of us have fancy new computers, IPods, or high speed access. I suggest you put the videos and stuff in their own section. Call it Multimedia Feedback or Interactive Feedback. That way people who like that stuff can use it, and those who prefer reading the letters can. I think it's really unfair that you are replacing letters with videos.
Also, how do you choose letters for the 15 Minutes of Fame? I've seen many well written letters with excellent points that get ignored while letters that are downright illiterate, were written with the obvious intent to just get freebies, or just have really frivolous complaints constantly make the 15 Minutes of Fame.

I now get the point of having you letter "go public" (didn't at first,
Duh).Is there a way to make it so a letter writer can submit their
letter for critique, edit it and then send it to the intended party?
In my case I wrote an angry, stupid letter to Target that, had it been
written properly, might have meant something. As it was, I sent it
only to have the letter as well as my concerns pooh-poohed.If that
letter had been a "draft" of sorts, Target might not think that I am
just some overtired, stressed out crazy woman with nothing better to
do than complain about shoes on the floor!
Thanks-

I just revisited PlantFeedback after a long time away, and have a few suggestions to make the process work better. Under its previous incarnation, I had tried PFB a few times, but didn't have useful results. While I feel the PFB concept has a lot of promise, I see some issues of execution.
First, PFB should be checking back with the consumer to see if the company responds and if the response is satisfactory. As a case in point, I had submitted a shared letter about a trouble getting a retailer to honor their sale flyer. Though the company did respond, all they did was say "hopefully we can serve you better next time." Talk about incredibly lame. Other consumers should have a way to know that this particular retailer really doesn't address complaints.
Second, PFB should make sure that the email addresses they send shared letters to are valid, and have a mechanism to deal with ones that aren't. As a case in point, I submitted a shared letter, which bounced back to me as having an invalid email address. I notified PFB, whose suggestion was to print the shared letter and mail it to the company in question myself. In that situation, PFB denied itself the chance to correct that email address, and thus denied itself the chance to serve other customer better in the future.
Good luck on the relaunch of your web site, and thank you for your consideration of my thoughts.
Mark M.

What I'd like to see is a button (dead link would be fine...or something that takes them to Disney or some happy place) but just a button that says "Undo Shared Letter" with the words "I didn't understand fully what the words "'Yes, I would like to share my letter publicly on the PlanetFeedback site
for others to review, critique and discuss. My letter may also be
considered for "15 minutes of Fame" the most popular area on
PlanetFeedback. This also allows consumers to reinforce or add comments to
your letter.'" meant when I clicked the little box thingy after censoring out private information.
It would keep them occupied, and cut down on name calling and general poor behavior.

So, it looks like the "Bread" letter is gone too, I assume at the request of the letter writer.
I wonder why so many people lately feel the need to have their letter removed.

I was more than a little annoyed when I logged on tonight and checked out the Top 20. I saw several titles I hadn't seen before and thought "FINALLY there are some new letters!" WRONG! Why did you go and change the titles on a bunch of letters that had already been there for weeks?? Not only is it misleading but it gives new life to some letters that defintely need to be just plain deleted all together (i.e. Children not wanted). It's one thing to change them as they go up there, but to do so after they've been there for weeks is sneaky and wrong!

Since we all know how much everyone loves Mr. Helpful's Tip Jar, why not have a PFB Member's Tip Jar, where we can casually recommend or warn each other about products, services, etc., if a formal letter isn't necessarily required?

This is a wonderful idea I got from Janell:
Why don't we have a page on how to resolve complaints that maybe don't merit a letter to corporate? The exact phrase she used in her post was "resolution guide," and I think it would be super helpful for certain people who maybe want to get a complaint settled but erroneously think that a letter to corporate is the only way to be heard. The original suggestion was posted by Janell in the "McDonald's two nuggets short of a full order," letter, and I think it might cut down on the number of, "It took too long to get seated," and "My food was nasty," letters.

Okay, this has been bothering me, and I am finally forced to reveal my total lack of competence by asking.
Is there a difference between someone's profile and personal blogger? I was talking to CrazyRed in her personal blogger, but now all I can find is her profile with no comments.
Do I have a personal blogger separate from my profile, and if I do, could someone please tell me where it is?
I'm so confused. Please help me.

I know this has been discussed and suggested before, but there are currently at least two letters posted publicly that include personal information. In one of them the letter writer has thoughtfully included her full name, address, and phone number. In the other, the letter writer has posted the personal cell number of a salesperson he is displeased with. In the first case, it seems perhaps the herd needs thinning, but the other letter really bothers me. Is there no way to be more emphatic about the need to remove identifying info from these letters before they are posted? Please? For me? :)

I wrote the letter to Kroger about the "Kiddie Carts". The initial responses were thoughtful and addressed the topic of the original letter, whether they were in agreement or not. However, after a few days the responses strayed further and further from the original topic and became little more than some tasteless jibes between a couple of people.
My concern is that posts like those detract from the credibility of the original letter.A company reviewing the posts may feel that people who use Planetfeedback are not bringing up serious issues.
My suggestion is that responses to shared letters be limited to just one or two posts per person. That might eliminate the back and forth bickering, flirting or whatever is going on. I think some changes are needed if this is remain a serious site for contacting companies.

Could you add a spell check on your letter writing page. It is so easy to get so involved in a letter that you you simply don't see the mistakes until after it appear in letter format!

I think we should have a way for site users to suggest 15 minute of fame letters. It'd be cool to have some feedback into the letters that go up! :o)

This is not a timeout error, and I'm not the only one experiencing this. I just tried to write a letter, only to reach a blank screen where the login/submit page should have been. I had the text copied to clipboard and tried again from the main page. The same thing happened; it couldn't have been a timeout problem since the second run took about two minutes. It has been happening ever since I found out the site was live again and tried to write my first letter.

It has been brought to my attention a few posts from a certain blog have been deleted, despite lack of abusive content.
Mr Helpful, I'm counting on you to be helpful once again :)
Would you mind confirming this and/or explaining this?

Is it against any of the rules of pfb for a user to create more than one account for themselves to use?
I ask because this is a rule at many other online communities.

I just spent quite a bit of time writing a lengthy letter to Supercuts. I chose my mood, and at the next checkpoint in the process where you see the condensed version of the letter, that area was blank. Zero. Zip. Nada. I tried hitting "previous", hoping to go back a step and try again, and ended up at the PFB home page! All of that time wasted, no complaint for me...can anyone help? My letter writing experience was ruined!! ;)

I've been using PFB for quite awhile and know my way around, but there are a few aspects which I think could be clearer for newbies.
For example, if I click "My Planet", previous comments I've made on shared letters are in a little section titled "My Blogs", even though they aren't the same thing as the "Personal Blogger" feature. (The "My Feedback" section, which says it's supposed to contain comments, is empty). If I then click "View Public Profile", the comments are in a much-more-logically-titled section called "My Comments", though the public profile shows blog entries under "Shared Letters" which is also confusing.
Not a big deal, but I think it could be confusing to new users. Letters, forums, and blogs all have different purposes, so perhaps the difference between them should be more distinct, maybe each one could have its own colour and/or icon to help new users distinguish between them.

I'm trying to write a letter to Johnson & Johnson. I've entered into your search field every way I can think, johnson and johnson, Johnson and Johnson, johnson & johnson...you get the idea. Anyway, every single time, it says you don't have a profile for that company. Really? I can't believe you guys don't have such a big company in that amazing data base. I'm sure it is just in there in a way I haven't yet searched for, could you clue me in? And if it isn't in there, can it be? Please? For me? :)

I am very unhappy about the trend I am seeing lately. It seems there are less and less letters and more and more videos and podcasts on the 15 Minutes of Fame and that makes it pretty useless to me. PlanetFeedback, this may come as a huge surprise to you, but not everyone in this world owns an IPod or a high speed internet connection. Why are we slowly being shut out of Planet Feedback because of it? I think it is very unfair and thoughtless and would appreciate seeing content I am actually able to view and use. Thank you and have a great day.

Can you please fix the mood check when typing the letter. I selected the frustrated very sad face, however, when my letter was shared, a happy face showed. Why?? This is my first experience with Plantfeedback. You came highly recommended, but, I want my "feelings felt" especially because of the severity of the problem.
Thanks,
Brenda Carter
P. S. in your "Suggestion Box Update" you spelled humility incorrect - you spelled it "humulity".

There doesn't seem to be a link on the site for reporting site errors. I found one on June 3 2006, sent a message through your usual channels, and seem to have been completely ignored. No response, no nada. It shows up on My Planet, so I know it went through. In the interests of not letting this piece of bad coding live any longer than necessary....:
I wrote a letter to a company called Chadwick's of Boston about a shipping problem (they refused to admit a lost package was lost). The letter, in My Planet, is listed as having 14 replies. When I click on that link, it brings up a complaint letter ... to Wal-Mart. That's glitch #1.
Glitch #2, and worse:
The site search function is worse than useless; it doesn't even "see" the original letter. I tried using that method to see the replies and couldn't find the original. As someone who has been using search engines since the first one was in beta testing, I should be able to find it if the thing works correctly. The original was dated 3/15/05 and seems to be currently titled Chadwicks of Boston.

" PlanetFeedback Comments are subject to strict terms and conditions. We reserve the right to deny site membership privileges to any individuals acting inappropriately "
If the above is true, then why did I just read a post that contains the F word? I don't think I could be the only one that finds this offensive. Please, please PFB... add a language filter, and/or remove posts that use offensive terms.

Can PFB set it up so that once we log into our accounts we can choose to stay logged in? Like when you log into your yahoo mail it has the little box that you can check to always stay logged in under that name.
Basically, I'm lazy and typing is such a chore.

Can you give us a set of those faces with the expressions (I can't remember what they're called), because I don't have the patience to use all those dots and dashes like everyone else.

Just a thought: Wouldn't it be nice if there were a way if not to spell-check our posts, to at least preview them before posting them? I know it irks me to no end to hit post only to see a glaring spelling error once it is irrevocably posted for all to see. (Erik, you used the word "irk" and now it is stuck with me. Grrr...:))

I keep trying to send a compliment to a company through PlanetFeedback. I get all the way through the process, up to the point where I'm asked whether or not I want to share my letter. I tick the box to indicate that I want to share the letter and click submit. I'm then taken to a blank page. I've tried five times now, on different dates, to try to send this letter without success. I've logged in beforehand and have also tried writing it without logging in. Could someone please help me? Thanks!

On May 18th, I wrote a letter to Sears asking how they handle the many complaints they receive via PFB, and silly me actually thought I would get a response... hahaha!
http://www.planetfeedback.com/index.php?level2=blog_viewpost&topic_id= 286449
I was wondering what would happen if PFB asked Sears directly how they respond to consumer complaints. It would be interesting to see if PFB's request is also ignored, or if Sears will finally step up to the plate and offer some kind of answer or explanation for their declining reputation.
Just a thought.

It sure would be helpful to have it working. It is frustrating to have to click on every hidden reply, get a new page, eventually find where you left off and have to do the whole thing over for the next reply.
I get so frustrated that I've stopped clicking on the hidden replies. But then, if I want to add a comment, I worry that I may just be repeating what others (maybe many others) have said, so I just skip commenting at all.
I used to be a regular here but haven't been around much in the last several months mainly because I keep running into this problem. I'd like to be a regular again and appreciate anything you can do to make reading all replies easier. Thank you.

I have an image I wanted to use as my avatar (I'm not sure if you will approve due to copyrights but I decided to submit it anyway and let you decide).
It is wayyy less than 2 MB, I tried uploading it as a .jpg AND a .png and it still comes up with an error (from your site) suggesting I ensure it is less than 2Mb and in the proper format.
Is it a site problem or a problem with my comp?

I found this while perusing The Onion. I thought the similarities with this article and some letters to be too good not to share. I wish I had written it. The Onion rules.
I'd say it's a PG13 at best, so I hope that doesn't get me into trouble.

I recently had a company surprise me. A GM contacted me. He sent me coupons for free merchandise. They sent me a twenty-five dollar gift certificate. I didn't disclose the name of the company.
First, I was surprised to get a call from a GM that was very concerned about his company. He offered me several apologies. I finally told him that it was not a big deal and that he could stop apologizing. I told him that I understand that mistakes happen.
Then, he sent me two coupons for specific merchandise.
I used the coupons for my next visit, which was great.
Surprisingly, I received a twenty-five dollar gift certificate from the franchise itself. I was blown away. I used the certificate upon my third visit.
I decided not to disclose the name of the establishment in my posts. Instead, I wrote a letter directly to the company, which was forwarded to the franchise manager. I think that it is important to praise places that go above and beyond the call of duty to make sure that they satisfy their customers.
By disclosing the name of companies that are so generous, I believe would encourage scammers to have a field day with these places.
Finally, with the call, coupons and gift certificates, I was very satisfied. I believe we should compliment companies of this caliber. At the same time, we shouldn't publicly pronounce the generosity that we received. We don't need to cause open season for generous companies to be taken advantage of.

Didnt know where to post this
I am having a problem with a company and have talk to all the levels of management and still not satisy with the outcome.
What I want to know is that since planetfeedback deals with a lot of companies, and try to help the consumer resolve issues and probably start at the bottom level(chain of command) of management and proceed that way.
Say if the situation is not resolve through the levels of management can you personally contact and reach the CEO of the company and does that person(CEO) actually read and will response to your letter.
I need to take mines to the top which is the CEO and would appreciate it if you could offer me advice on how to do just that.
Am I just wasting my time trying to contact the CEO!

I'm really not looking to start a "fight", but I do have a relative question.
When is it ok to NOT speak to the manager? I see a lot of replies to OPs about them not speaking to the manager during a dispute. I agree with some of these, but not always.
For instance, a few times I have been so irritated that I knew that speaking to the manager/supervisor was a bad idea based solely on my state of mind. Having let my temper get the better of me in the past, I know the best thing to do is to remove myself from the situation. Even if I'm level headed, yet still irked, I am apprehensive. I am a bit larger than an average individual (6'3"-220lbs) and I have been told that when I'm being assertive, I come across as intimidating, which is not my goal. Nobody wants to feel intimidated, and will become defensive.
I guess I'd like to know others' viewpoints on the "fight or flight" mentality regarding guest/ worker situations.

I have used Planet Feedback (sparingly) for many years. I liked the original format the best, but accept that you probably know what you're doing. However, I would like to suggest including the executive's name and corporate address of company being featured in complaint/compliment. This was always greatly helpful as it was often unobtainable through normal means.
Thanks for the good work. It is surprising how many people I tell aboug Planet Feedback who were not aware of its special service.

Congratulations on your feature in "Harvard Business School Working Knowledge."
After reading their article I visited your site....such an interesting forum, but I was surprised because I expected to find a questionaire/survey format for submitting complaints/comments about companies' products and services. Perhaps its there and I just didn't dig deep enough.
I think that the letter writing capability is a wonderful innovative way to empower the customer to give feedback. My concern is how do you send organized quantifiable feedback back to these companies if you don't use a form-based feedback gathering device?
If a form-base questionaire was also offered, some pros could be:
1] control of publishing names and addresses of the
miscreants
2] increased acceptance of the feedback by companies
3] ease of use for the customer who may ggain from breaking down their complaint into areas and levels
Of course with any questionaire the cons could be:
1] questions skewed to ellicit predictable results
2] length and complexity of questionaire could suppress customer response (they just give up)
Any questionaire would need to be complaint-area focused, easy to navigate and use, and reasonable short to take (limit total questions) ---just a tip Ajax can help narrow down the perceived complexity and length of the fill-out areas.
Just my 2-cents.

Good job on removing that letter to Sears. Not only was it obviously personally motivated, it broke my cardinal rule. Never should someone put full names or any other identifying information online, no matter how mad they are. I was really glad to see you guys take this step! Keep up the good work!

Is there any way of filtering letters before they're sent? I just saw an absolutely vulgar one on a Sears HR manager from someone who clearly has a grudge. Why are these letters allowed to be sent?

I suggest we ban poetry_babe
look at this last post she made to me:
"you are an idiot. Second off, you have no idea what you are talking
about. Yet another twit."
So my question is this: What is needed to get someone kicked off of planet feedback?

Can you take a post off of Planetfeedback.com? For example, I wrote a compliant about a local company in 2003. And they have rectified what they did wrong. I searched on the internet under that company name and my letter still comes up. I would like to take my letter down, since I am no longer having problems with that company. Please let me know how to do this.

Is it just me, or is the "Expand All" button not working for the past few days? I have been away from this site for a couple of weeks (For the best of reasons, my first grandchild was born April 17th!) and since I've returned, the "Expand All" button doesn't seem to be working for me. Some of the letters are expanded, but not all of them. When a letter has 30 or 40 replies, I'm not about to click on 20 of the replies to expand them to read them all. However, I DID use the EA button frequently to read the hot topics.

I don't know about anyone else, but I'm pretty alarmed when I come across posts intended for credit card companies where people have included their FULL credit card numbers. It appears that these people may not be aware that this information is out there on the internet for anyone and everyone to read.
My suggestion is for PlanetFeedback to monitor postings made about the credit card industry and delete any private information like this that is included. It is NOT private, everyone can see it.

A humble suggestion from an equally humble user:
We are having a lot of problems with certain posters, and there is one common complaint among posts: lack of proof of education in subject matter and coherency.
So here's the solution: make all users pass an IQ test before posting rights are given. That way we can keep the "smart" (in the best determination society currently has to offer) on and the "not-so-smart" people off.
I would suggest such a test to be of likeness of the one administered by Mensa, but that would just be cold-hearted.

But the lady who wrote the BEDFORD, TX complaint is going around the site posting profanity and attacks on other commenters. Most prominently in dragonflygrrl's profile.

On Feb. 22, 2006, I wrote a very detailed complaint agains Verizon Internetworking. It was very long because I wanted to make sure I was understood completely.
I followed all of the directions; clicked on the "next" buttons or whatever would take me to the next step. When I got to the VERY END and clicked on what I thought would "Finish" and "Publish" my complaint----THE WHOLE SCREEN WENT BLANK!! No "back" button worked----NOTHING; MY WHOLE LETTER WAS GONE!!
This happened not once, but twice. Then, because I had recommended your site to my neighbor for a problem he's been having, he used it and guess what? THE SAME THING HAPPENED TO HIM---NOT ONCE BUT TWICE ALSO!!

I have noticed several letters lately that contain the first and last name of an employee being complained about, along with the address of the store/restaurant/location in question. I realize that for the actual letter that goes to a company this is necessary information, but the fact that an alarming number of letter writers are either forgetting or deciding not to edit this out could cause a serious safety issue for these employees. Even if they are unforgivably rude, they don't deserve some crazy internet wierdo stalking them! Is it possible for you guys to edit full names and/or addresses out of these letters once they are posted, or possibly make an even bigger deal out of the pre-posting edit page?

In the last two days I've written to eMachines/Gateway. Their CEO is Rick Snyder. You had a different person listed.
Just an F.Y.I. Thanks for this wonderful service you give to disgruntled consumers!!!

I made a mistake posting a complaint about Best Buy. Anyway, I added a correct one right afterwards. Now I have two Best Buy posting -- same title/subject, but one has a smiley face. It looks very schizo. It'd be nice to be able to delete my submissions. Is there anyway to do so?
This is the one I'd like to axe:

Maybe PFB could put a little notice on the page where people write their letters that all caps is not really a good thing. I'm sure a lot of new users and people unfamiliar with message board/e-mail usage don't understand the meaning of all caps or the way it looks to others. I doubt the people that use all caps are even aware of the "etiquette" surrounding written text.

I was a planet feedback user a long time ago. I found that it was a super effective way to communicate my needs to large companies, as well as get a response, which is un-heard of to those who do this type of thing on their own. Using PlanetFeedback, I was able to get responses almost everytime for every case from Greyhound Bus Lines, the main source of my problems. (Through PlanetFeedback, I was able to even get a refund for a trip that I had made!)
I was upset to see that for awhile, PlanetFeedback was down. But I am glad to see that they are back, and now users have a voice to use to get the attention of companies and let them know that we matter. Thank you for providing such a valuable service. I am happy that now when I have a bad experience at a store, restaraunt, or anywhere the public is served, then I don't have to just take it. I can go to PlanetFeedback and tell them about it, and get results. Thank you for helping me find a voice!

After reading a recent ad about your company, I thought of a great idea. You should have, maybe every three months, for 1 weekend, ANY one way tickets IN the United States for say, 59.99. I might actually be able to go somewhere other than my surrounding, for a weekend!

you used to have a decent way to search by company, now your "company search" pulls any information in the search individually
as in search for "office depot" you get every letter with "office" and every letter with "depot" so many results are for "home depot" and so on
I sent in a suggestion before and it has been ignored which is a shame becuase altering the search to do this is a 1hr job absolute maximum and would make the site more usable
FIX the search feature, and 2nd year computer science student could do this
one method is to parse the string for quote locations then you take the information between the quotes (including spaces) and make that the search term - it's not that difficult

I'm somewhat concerned (for the sake of PFB) about the personal icons that some members are using. They are copywrited images. I myself couldn't care less but there is a possibility that a person/company could make an issue out of one of their image(s) being used as an icon for a member.

I wrote a lenthy letter, filled in all the company information and there is nothing on the sight about the letter or company. the Company is Reynolds Wrap/Foil/Saran wrap, so it is a large company. NO where on planetfeedback does it say, that I can find anyway, what happens to letters for companies that are not setup yet on PF. So is my letter in never neverland somewhere?

Some of the people on here are down right rude with their replies when there is no reason for it. It seems form some of the post that their are "regulars"(as they call themselves) and the "newbies" and the "regulars" don't want the "newbies" on here. I have not read all of the post on every letter ofcourse but I have read quiet a few and I think I will find another sight to use that doesn't allow people to be bashed because they make a simple spelling error or for the topic to go so totaly off from the letter as it has in a majority of them.

I posted a PFB letter to Citgo Petroleum and realized moments too late that PFB addressed it to David Tippeconnic, the former President and CEO of CITGO Petroleum Corporation. The current CEO and President is Felix Rodriguez.
According to Citgo's website, Felix M. Rodriguez was named president and CEO of CITGO Petroleum Corporation in February 2005. http://www.houston.org/boardMembers/bios.asp?bioID=201737
I wish the correction would have been made last year! As it is, my letter is addressed to the former CEO but in the text of my letter I called him Mr. Rodriguez. My bad. I should have paid closer attention and declined to send my letter via PFB because of the error.
Can this be fixed and my letter rerouted?

In my opinion the letter "Rude Employe" should be removed. It is obvious that the original poster used Planetfeedback as revenge of some sort. You can tell this from her last post where she makes references to the Arby employee's sexual history. It's sad that people are using planetfeedback for this purpose.....

I have been looking forward to the relaunch of the site for a long time. However, I will not make the mistake of posting a letter again. I wish to take the time to send well thought out letters, both complimentary and suggestion oriented. It is not my intention to be a target for others who are not involved first hand in the subject matter of the letters. Please consider a way to "unpost" if the commentary becomes time consuming and unproductive benefiting no one; alternatively becoming fodder to in some cases, encourage small minded or uninformed thinking. The site was wonderful when it was a vehicle to send constructive information and the letters written were formulated to assist the recipient with specific ideas that could assuage the situation. Thank you.

I must begin by saying I love this site, and the idea behind it. I plan on word of mouthing this to death in order to pick up the traffic and make this as popular as Craigslist.
My suggestion is for easier searching. I would like the option to narrow down my search to specific areas and types of bussiness, much like one can do on Angie's List. This would improve the ability for someone to use your site on an almost daily basis, and improve upon the usefulness. thank you.

I have read in the faqs and guidlines of PFB that you dont allow bashing so to speak of the letter writers, and that it will not be tollerated and will be dealt with. However going through quite a few letters and reading the replys I see alot of bashing about the writer. Isnt teh point of PFB to for feed back and advice on the letters and different ways to handle it? I must admit there are some pretty insane letters out there, but never would I put someone down for it... Maybe you could crack down a bit on what is posted and what isnt. I do understand that it takes money and lots of time to do so... but maybe you can research some of your options and find an acceptable solution... :)

Is there a way to make the "expand all" button a setting we can turn on permanently if we want to? Right now I have to hit it every time I go to a new screen. Also, I'm often prompted to log in when trying to post when I've already logged in, and then a screen comes up asking me for missing demographic info that I have to fill in each time. Then it takes me back to the home page instead of where I was.
Thanks for the site.

I have lost a considerable amount of complaint text and time going from one PlanetFeedback page to the next. Somehow the text goes away, and this is quite frustrating. Fifty percent of the time it asks for my Passwork again when I have already logged on. This is not exactly customer user friendly.
Respectfully,

I know there are alot of rebate horror stories out there. But there are also some good rebate companies, the kind you want to do business with.
I would like to see a section with stories about good rebate companies (so they can be used or encourge companies to use them).
I have two examples:
The first is with PNY, I submited their 35$ rebate for a usb flash drive bought at Compusa. I submitted the rebate, by mail, the same day I submitted the compusa 10$ rebate online through their no UPC rebate. I recieved the PNY rebate yesterday and am still awaiting the Compusa one. Great speed.
The second is from http://www.expressgroup.com/. They are the rebate fullment center for a viewsonic monitor I purchased at CC. With the monitor was 2 $60 dollar rebates. When I went to their easy to manage site I noticed only one was listed. I called and they told me they only had one on reconrd and to resubit the second one (now way after the submition due date) to a second chance (yes that is who it was addressed to) submission address. After 2 more weeks it still was not up at their site. I called again and spoke with a clueless dimwit that transfered me to a good CSR. She did a search and find that a clerical error (and addition of an O to the middle of my last name on entery into their systems) is why i couldn't see it. Be fore me and the rep where off the phone it was posted on their site. Any company that is offering rebates through express rebate will have my rebate business.
Just my 2 cents

The search shared letters portion is disorganized, why not catagorize letters by company? ALot of time I use this site to compare companies and it's inconvienent to perform this task the way it set up now.
There are certain letters that do not load so they are unreadable, this has been happening since the site was repaired. I know it's not my connection either because this only happens on this site.

Hey! What happened to Planet Feedback getting a higher-up contact at a company to send feedback to? I just filled out a complaint form for Eddie Bauer via Planet Feedback but I saw a response come back to me from the Eddie Bauer customer service address that is on their website. I already sent a message to that website address and, per usual, the people who man those positions don't give squat about your problem and they never address your ordeal specifically - just reply with a form letter. In the past, my e-mails on Planet Feedback were forwarded to high-level people at the companies. What's the point of using Planet Feedback if they just direct you to the company's website? I thought the point of this was to get the attention of somebody who cares?

I don't know if anyone else has noticed this,
but sometimes I'll accidentally hit "enter" prematurally while posting a comment, after just typing in the title. then a warning box comes up saying "please enter a message in the body" so you click okay and it posts the incomplete message!
Please don't tell me I'm the only person who has done this lol :S

Who here has made letters on planetfeedback instead of commenting on them. I made this one last night
http://www.planetfeedback.com/index.php?level2=account&level3=account_ feedback_detail&feedback_id=2265695
Which letters did you make?

I don't know how practical this idea is, but I noticed that when I log on, I tend to go look at the "my blogs" section of "my planet" and click on them to see if there are any new responses to comments I've made. Because it's too time consuming to go through the whole list, I usually just click on the really recent ones, but I thought it would be kind of cool if the list of blogs included some sort of indicator to show that someone had replied to something we'd said.
I often stumble across an older letter and might reply to a commenter but then wonder if they'll ever read it, because it's a couple weeks old. I think it would be a cool feature if there were a way for that commenter to know that they had new responses.

I don't know if this is the correct place to mention this, but I just posted a complaint and I KNOW that I clicked on the frown face, but there's a smile next to my complaint. Can this be fixed?

Hi,
I came to the suggestion box with one question, which then got me thinking of another question/suggestion:
1) Is there a way to delete our own comments that we make to other people's letters? For example, if we realize we made a mistake or hit "post" too soon by accident, can we delete it and redo it?
2) As I was scrolling down and reading the suggestions to see if you already covered my first question, I wondered if there's a way to search the suggestion box? I didn't want to ask my first question if it's already been addressed several times, but I read all the way back to December and finally gave up because it was taking so long!
Thanks!

Is there any way we, the users, can give feedback as to which posts we think should or should not be deleted?
From what I can tell some posts are *gone* and I know they were not abusing.

What if there was an area where people could "pre-write" their letters and have them reviewed by other consumers (and maybe even some of the companies if they would like to get involved) to make sure that people are providing unemotional, objective detail to make sure their causes get paid attention to? After all, isn't that what PFB is all about?
Also, I wish we could see more on responses to these letters. Sometimes it feels like the comments are kind of falling on deaf ears! Do the companies respond to you when you forward the letter or is it only to the person who wrote the letter? I'd like to see more feedback on the feedback!

please have a better search engine. If for example I want to see complaints about home depot, if I type in home depot, I get office depot, best buy, jo-an fabrics, lowes, all kinds of other businesses. If I choose home improvement retailers, it isn't much better. Thank You

I think it would be good to create forums or message boards about topics that are frequently discussed but don't really belong on a specific letter's page. There could be a forum for consumer reports where we could discuss what appliances/cars/etc. work well for us and what we like or what doesn't work well.
I also notice a lot of posters becoming friendly and it would be nice if there was a board for them to chat without making a letter have 100 responses. It's always good to know who you are chatting with and what motivates them to make the responses they do. On that kind of board they could talk about their backround with retail or whatever. That way we can identify with where they are coming from.
Just a suggestion! :)

I understand that it takes a while to get a response since there is not someone here monitoring the site 24/7, but if there is a user who is habitually posting inappropriate, inflammatory remarks, isn't there someway to get a quicker response?
I know that like with AIM and some other forums, there is a "Warn user" feature when someone violates the T & C, the other users can police it. Now I know there is a potential for abuse there, esp here where everyone doesn't always see eye to eye, but I think immediately dealing with these certain individuals who are clearly just getting off on being profane would send a message that this is not a playground for posting vulgarities.

Yeah also, can we get a proper word wrap for viewing the comments?
And uhm, I don't know if this has been said but I think it would be neat if our SNs could be linked to a page with all of our recent posts and/or shared letters? Kinda like a profile page? (Not too detailed, or maybe as detailed as the user wants it?)

How about being able to browse letters only by type, without having to specify a type of business?
(i.e. all complaints, all compliments.. etc)

I dont know what is going on it is sooooooo annoying and it has been like this for 2 weeks.

I just wanted you to know the cleverly placed advertisements are working for me. They get my attention in a good but not annoying way. I actually read them!

Dear Planet Feedback,
I used to receive occassional consumer complaints/testimonials from your web site and haven't now in some time.
I am wondering if you still have my contact information on file and/or if I can review and update it as necessary.
Could you please let me know?
Many thanks,
Mary McDuffie

I order pizza hut pizza all the time but, recently i would rather not. I know someone who works ther who wittnessed someone with a bloody nose and wiped it with his hand and then licked it. He continued to mess with the pizza dough without washing his hands. The person turned the guy in to the managers who | |
