return phone and all acessories and box to cingular store where you
got it and cancel service then. do it before your 30 days are up.
may want to look at another carrier. check and see what friends and
relatives use in your area.

Unfortunately you are stuck with your contract for however long of a
term you signed for - - if there is a problem with the equipment you
will need to deal with the company that sold it to you.

Since Cingular sold me the equipment, they should honor their word and
besides, my 30 days aren't up till March 14th!
