Whenever I have a problem with ANY of my Jordan shoes, I go online and fill out the return form, print out the free return shipping label and mail them in. I usually get a replacement pair of shoes or a credit for my purchase.
Nike is AWESOME at customer service with their shoe products and I will continue to purchase their Jordan shoes ALL THE TIME!
I LOVE YOU GUYS!

Well this seems to be better than the absolutely absurd in-store return policy they have implemented. Just to be clear, you make a purchase with a credit card, return the item WITH the receipt and the credit card (even though most companies DON'T require this because they have record of it in the transaction) and they DEMAND a driver's license. They then take the license not to verify you are the one that made the purchase, which in and of itself is patently absurd why would a thief return merchandise to a credit card they don't own. Understand the kicker of the entire BIG BROTHER mentality the enter your driver's license number into a "secure" system. Secure like the thousands of records lost by companies every day (Citibank...). Shop for their stuff ANYWHERE but in there stores your privacy is at stake.

did you purchase the shoes from nike.com or were they purchased from a different store, just wondering b/c I have a pair of shoes that I bought only 5 months ago and the sole is ripping away but I bought the shoes from a Finish Line and the stuff I read on there site seems like you can only return shoes order from there online store or nike store.

What do you all consider defective? My Jordans have gotten old after much wear and tear. Can I send them back in for a free replacement?

You mean Nike has defective shoes? WOW!
All kidding aside, I've had good luck with Nike shoes overall. And for what Air Jordans cost, I'd hope they would take care of a customer.
