KFC is the place to be!

I recently visited KFC on 421 hwy Dunn NC. I went through the drive through as usual. I ordered a 12-piece bucket meal. I asked for wings in the place of thighs. I normally check my chicken before leaving. This time I did not check the order.
When I arrived at home I realized that they had replaced wings with thighs. I had 7 thighs 4 legs and 1 breast.
I contacted the manager and she was very nice and understanding. A few days later I returned to the location and received the whole meal, just the way I ordered it, at no cost! If all establishments ran their business this way, the world would be a better place! Two thumbs up for KFC!

Brian, I believe this letter as much as I believe your compliment to Hardee's. NOT
Just within the last couple of weeks, you wrote complaint letters to both of these restaurants. Do you do this for kicks because you can't find anything productive in your life?

"Brian, I believe this letter as much as I believe your compliment to Hardee's. NOT"
Who is eleven going on thirty-five? (You posted on my Hardee's complement)
You should have ended up the post with,"WHATEeeVEEER".
Though you don't deserve it, I'm going to give you an explanation.
No, I've never posted a complaint to KFC.
KFC corrected their mistake, and deserves to be complimented.
Hardee's also answered my letter, and went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure that my next visit was great.
I posted a good review for Hardee's because they deserve good feedback from me.
The reason that I didn't publicly post the specifics of what Hardee's actually did for me is because of people like you.
I didn't want to encourage scammers to write a negative post to Hardee's in hopes of getting something for nothing.
It is called professional courtesy.
So many times we rush to exclaim the negative events, that we forget to compliment those when deserved.
