Smart Auto Warranty, more like TERRIBLE AUTO WARRANTY

I bought a plan and they called it Bumper to Bumper!!!! I went to my
dealership and I had a problem with my Suspension computer and my
torsion bars, i am no mechanic. But not only was it impossible for my
DEALER TO REACH THE WARRANTY COMPNAY BUT THEY DENIED THE CLAIM AFTER 4
DAYS1!!

I tried to cancel and I got the run around and had to yell and scream
and threaten to involve my lawyer before they agreed to refund me.
When I got my refund, I only got about 1/3rd of what I paid. i CALLED
AND THEY TOLD ME THERE ARE CANCEL FEES AND BROKER FEES AND BASICALLY
THEY ARE RIPPING PEOPLE OFF!

I am telling everyone to beware of these scam artists they also work
under two names Smart auto Warranty and Carchex

Buyer BEWARE!!!

I DON'T KNOW WHAT YOU ARE TALKING ABOUT. I purchased a policy from
them, paid $1800. Not only did they completely replace my transmission
($2500) within the first year, but 2 years after that my water pump
went up ($800!) they paid for that as well. GREAT COMPANY, GREAT
CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

I AGREE!! They sold me the 'bumper to bumper' warranty. When I tried
to get something fixed they said it was only a drive train warranty!
Now it's been 3 months of calling everyday to get my refund! Ben
the accountant is never in his office. What a poorly run opperation!
DON'T DO IT!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!

I HAVE THE SAME WARRANTY AND I HAVE HAD NO PROBLEMS WITH THEM. I
NEEDED REPAIRS THAT CAME UP TO $1500 DOLLARS. THEY TOOK A WHILE BUT
THE APPROVED IT. WHEN YOU CALL JUST ASK TO TALK TO A SUPERVISOR!
