FIRST VISIT

I heard all good things about your prime rib sub. Even the commericial looked good. I ordered one today a large just because I knew I was going to love it. How disappointed I was. This was my very first time to Quizno's and my sub was cold as if it had never been cooked. I was running late and had no time to take it back. If it at least been warm it may have been ok but it was ice cold and tasted horrible!!

I like to know if I ever try again at least my sub would be hot.

LOL, I've been trying to get the prime rib sub for ages, ever since I
first heard of it. I've gone three times now to the Quiznos that just
opened in my neighborhood (I'd never seen one locally before) and
asked for it, only to be told they were out of the prime rib. The
first two times I got something else and didn't care for it either
time. The last time I just left and went somewhere else because
nothing else appealed to me. I realize it's likely just this
particular location rather than Quiznos as a company, but
unfortunately it's the only one I know of in the area.

They make it hot, right in front of you. You watch EVERY move. Where
were you?

I wondered that, too by tickytack Mon June 5, 2006 @ 9:13 AM

Did they run it through the oven? If not, then you didn't get the
sandwich right. Try again...my hubby loves that sub.
The only time that I have ever had a cold sub was when the oven
stopped working, and they let me know first, and gave me a coupon for
next time for the inconvenience. I love Quiznos, but since so much of
the dressings are loaded with fat, I only go a few times a year. I
tend to go to Blimpies, or, now that the local Blimpies was sold to
some "lovely" unfriendly people, I go to Subway.

Quizno's heats their subs - every sub on their menu is toasted. So,
instead of a regular blah subway shop, if you go to Quizno's for
lunch, you get a thumbs up.
