Just go bring them into the bank with your ID showing the correct spelling if that is where you ordered them from. It should speak for itself unless you filled out the form by hand and misspelled it by accident.

You need to provide them with some details. You're not going to get any help without them.

Rather than write a letter that is probably not going to be read and more than likely put in the circular file, you need to either call the bank or go in and get these issues resolved in person.
Let me give you a little lesson in banking:
It takes 7-10 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, exculding holidays. So, if you opened your bank account on June 1st, you should get your card anytime between the 12th and the 14th. In other words, you need to learn to practice patience. The bank does not have a magic wand that will make the card appear out of thin air with your info.
Add to that you will probably get a pin assigned to this card, so unless it is a check card, you won't be able to use it anyway except as as Visa/Mastercard (whatever the bank prefers).
As for the checks, again, you will need to return to the bank and have that corrected. Take the checks with you so that they can destroy them for you. Or if you have a shredder or know someone who does, shred them.
Over all, you need to have patience. Let this be a lesson in it and you will have a much longer life.

I can certainly understand your frustration - I went through something similar myself. But do you really think that this letter, with so little detail as to how long you waited, and with the inflammatory title "pissed", is really the best way to achieve results?

It can take a couple of weeks to receive your checkcard (at least that's been my experience). When you get your checks, there is paperwork for fixing any errors and getting replacement checks (I just got new checks myself--with "cocktail" themed checks!--so I know this paperwork accompanies the checks).
