I have a complaint for AT&T or AT&T/Yahoo, but AT&T is apparently not in your database. I get a message that says you have no profile on this company (or on American Telephone and Telegraph). Unbelievable! What's the story here?
Also, I can't enter a subject in your Subject: line. Is that because I'm using a Mac, or is your feedback page busted?

The search function is awful for a variety of reasons:
1. There needs to be the ability to search for feedback or companies on every single page without having to go back to the home page.
2. When utilizing "quotations," the search function searches for actual quotation marks in a feedback instead of searching for grouped words. For instance, when searching for canon power shot 630 we received 525 results but when searching for "canon power shot 630", which normally condenses a search, we received 3065 results. Most results for the latter had quotation marks in their subject but had nothing to do with canon. A more traditional search function with the ability to condense searches would be helpful.
3. Limited characters in the search bar make it harder to get a more precise search. Sometimes when searching for a more specific product offered by a company, 30 characters is not enough to get an accurate search.
4. Because so many irrelevant results come up, it would be nice to highlight the searched words in a resulting feedback to see how the feedback relates to the original search. Even a relevance guide would be nice (95% relevant, etc.) so unecessary results don't overrun the first few pages of the search.
We appreciate anyone taking the time to look into enhancing the search function to improve this site.

I wish the location area had been more specific. I live in Cincinnati and work downtown. I feel like I could help out quite effectively, being local! :)

I couldn't think of any way to get the word out about PFB, so I put down skywriting and the Good Year blimp as a joke, but your idea of merchandise is terrific!

And since I get to design windows all next year in the main wing of the school (for marks), I could do one completely pfb-related, if you guys will let me.

Done!
Frankly, the only thing I would really like is to have a feature to stay logged in. That would make a world of difference.

There should be some sort of filter before the letters get sent (I'm not talking about posters' comments on the letters). Some complaints are rude, crass, tasteless or without merit and they're getting sent right on through (I refer you to the Skittles letter) and really serve only to make PFB look bad.
