HORRIBLE~!

I came into the Wendy's store, waited in line with 6 people ahead of me. The wait time was nearly 10 minutes. As I approached the counter to order, water started to gush down the hallway from the bathroom, as I was watching this, water started dripping on my head from the overhead vents. As if this weren't enough, we order the food, I had my three daughters and one of their friends, my 10 yr old is in a wheelchair....there was barely enough room to manuever it in between the condiment station and the bar to hold the customers in like cattle. We get to the table and I open up my Big bacon classic and there was no bacon, I took it up to the counter and told them the problem, the proceeded to add bacon to the already cold sandwich, and put the bacon on top of the tomato, which changes the whole dynamic of the sandwich, I chose to just sit down and eat my cold messed up burger after gettin flooded and rained on inside the restaurant and told myself I would never be back. While I was sitting there, my odest daughter went to take a bite or her hamburger, and there was a big piece of black something on the bottom of her hamburger! Thank goodness I was looking at her of she would have ate it!!!!!It looked like burnt piece of rubber I took it up to the counter, and showed them and asked them to make her another sandwich, they did. By then I am so angry I wanted to throw a fit right there!!!
I will most likely not be going to the store again, and the kids will remember all this when they get older as well and will choose to never go there again.

ok here we go AGAIN... First of all.. you didn't say what time you went there. it could have been the busiest time of the day for them. The wheelchair thing is different, I won't go there because people can't help being in a wheelchair so my heart goes out to them. and my power is about to go out cuz of a bad storm so im off.. bye!

"As I approached the counter to order, water started to gush down the hallway from the bathroom, as I was watching this, water started dripping on my head from the overhead vents. As if this weren't enough, we order the food,"
This is very reminiscent of the time I went to Burger King and blood started to flow down the walls and the wails of the undead filled the dining room. If I hadn't been so hungry for a Triple Whopper with Cheese, I would've been tempted to walk right out the door!
My sincere condolences on the ruining of your sandwich dynamics.

Why on earth would you stay and order food?

You you should have just written "Hi. My name is Chante D. I want free food. Now."
I mean, come ON! Do Wendy's a favor and cook at home from now on.

You need to learn the difference between past tense and current tense.
"Changes the whole dynamic of the sandwich". Good God - get a grip!

A 10 minute wait with 6 people ahead of you equals roughly 90 seconds per person. In 90 seconds you want a perfect burger with the feng shui style of condiment layering?
You also said there was barely enough room for the wheel chair between the line markers and the condiment counter- well evidently there was at least enough room.
Then you state they put the bacon on an already cold burger so I am assuming that the burger was cold when you got it. Why would you not demand another burger?
Did Wendy's employees flood the bathroom purposely or was it a customer? If they did not flood it on purpose, it was not their fault.
Lotta holes in this here complaint.

"...I chose to just sit down and eat my cold messed up burger after gettin (sic) flooded and rained on inside the restaurant..."
That pretty much says it all right there. *If* all this happened, you had the option to go back up to the counter, politely ask for your money back, and go somewhere else. The fact that you apparently couldn't work up the courage to do that, but instead chose to meekly eat your "messed up burger," and then complain from the anonymous safety of the internet, takes away any validity this complaint had for me.
For that matter, why on earth would you ask for another burger for your child when there was a "burnt piece of rubber," on the first one?! If I thought I had been served a non-food item at a restaurant, I would certainly never have asked for a replacement! I almost want to call shenanigans on this; surely no one would encounter so many problems in one trip to Wendy's and still order, pay for, and eat a meal!
