Crab Alfredo not good!!

I ordered the Crab Alfredo, and the crab meat was rubbery & hard. I didn't send it back in case the waiter messed up my order, but I was strangely annoyed at the taste, like a slight burn. Also, the Alfredo sauce was a bit overdone. Needless to say, I stuck to my salad, and drink.
I would like Red Lobster to more closely monitor their meals, especially this one. And to compensate me, please, if that's possible.

Yes, this is a common misconception - that servers mess up anyones order for simply sending it back. This is so not true! If you are polite and courteous there is no need to worry about that happening. If you are rude, obnoxious, and generally an asshat, then, yes, you may have cause for concern.
I worked in the industry for over ten years - I NEVER did anything to anyone's food, but I have seen it happen. It's not nice - but in the time I worked in the industry - it was not as common as people believe it to be.

I'm sure the company wants you to be happy. It is easier though to nip it in the bud right there if you can, just let them know it's a little overcooked for next time. Then if they gave you a problem at that point it would be different.
Red Lobster and many restaurants are usually good about it. At least the Red Lobster up here is.

Would rather whine and complain after the fact.

Why should they compensate you - you didn't send it back, nor did you complain.
I'm calling shenanigans and a brazen attempt at freebies.

Why didn't you let them know right then so they could correct the problem right away? And why would you pay for something you couldn't eat?

Compensate for what? You didn't send it back. You also chose not to eat it.

You didn't send it back. You ate it anyway. Yet you want a refund? Right...
