two disgusting experiences at Chili's!

Had dinner at the Chili's in Marlton, NJ (Rt 70) and noticed it was not up to cleanliness standards of previous visits (over a year)). The bus person was actually wiping debris onto the floor from a table and leaving it there!
Then,I was at a conference in Annapolis and went with a friend to Chili's on Riva Road (across from Radisson hotel). In the ladies room, there was a disgusting odor eminating from the floor drain. Next to the drain was a puddle with a dead water bug (at least 1-1/2 " long - on his back. Disgusting!!!!! Your standards have really slipped if I find these incidents in two separate locations.

I'll try only one more time to have an acceptably clean experience - on you! I really should have called the health dept in Annapolis, but chose not to.

Your restaurant is filthy and disgusting, not fit for humans. Can I
get some free food?

What's wrong with this picture folks?

This letter begs the obvious question....if this particular Chili's is
such a filth hole, then why do you want them to give you a free meal
there?

And what did the managers say when you spoke to them?

You did speak to the manager, right?

Freebie hunter, get a life. If you can't afford to eat there, DON'T.
Asking for freebies makes you look pathetic.

Otherwise, it just makes you look like a pretentious freebie grubber.

I have to ask, also, since you seem to have such exacting standard for
restaurant cleanliness, are you, in fact, a health inspector in an
area OTHER than these two? Your letter sounds like you walked in
their with a clipboard and rubber gloves!

There's a huge disgusting dead ugly bug that passed away in the
bathroom doing the backstroke all by himself and tons of table scraps
hitting the floor. Lets wear our good shoes next time and when I get
my free coupons we can go eat there again yay!

While bugs are not all that pleasant, I do not think that a single
bug, in the bathroom is going to be of any concern to the health
department. It was not in the kitchen, dining room or your food.
Bugs are sneaky little guys and will get in any way they can.

I get such a kick out of people who complain about something being
dirty and then demanding freebies.

The company is just supposed to take your word for it and shell out
the cash?

I don't think the health department in Annapolis is equipped to do CPR
on a water bug! Be glad it was dead and not crawling on the wall.
Then you'd really be 'disgusted.'

Since you don't go to Chili's very often, why beg for a freebie?
