Dissatisfied Hotel Guest

1. Bathroom Ceiling near window was covered with Bugs (night manager saw this)
2. Hot water shower knob did not work. Only hot scalding water was flowing from shower head.
3. Shower stall track was full of mildew. .
4. Two lamps in room had to have their switches "jiggled" in order for the light to turn on.
5. Telephone voice mail system in room did not work.
6. Room had an odor of disinfectant.
7. The restaurant was unapealing due to the dirty appearance.

My entire bill for my stay at the Lemon Tree Inn total, $797.85.
With the strees I encountered during my time at the Lemon Tree Inn, inclusuive of the abusive treatment of the Inn's owner, I would like the Lemon Tree to eliminate, at least, one niights stay from my bill.

You are not asking for the moon, you need to speak to the hotel if they do not follow-up on your letter. Anyhoo... Why would you stay there at all? Why would you stay there more than one night if the room was that bad? Santa Barbara has plenty of hotels from which to choose.
