Dearest PlanetFeedback,

(My favorite place to waste away the hours of my days, checking out what other consumers have to say and making my voice heard loud and clear! ;o)

I would just like to take a moment to say, "Thank you".

Thank you for the many site changes you have made, including the new look, the blogs, allowing people to have icons to represent themselves, the suggestion box, the podcasts...everything! While I might not always say it, or even think to say it, I appreciate the difference these features have made in the community. I have so many more ways to get to know my fellow site users now, and I've had the opportunity to meet some very special folks. I'm grateful for that!!

Thank you for assigning a devoted watch dog to our community in the form of Mr. Helpful. Not only does he make every attempt to be funny and...well, gosh...helpful! at every turn, but he also assists us with the little things we can't do, like removing our comments and letters if we ask him to, helping to mediate conflicts, removing profanity, etc. He works tirelessly to orchestrate all those lovely podcasts, and tries to offer a way for everyone who wants to be actively involved in the community to be involved. It's nice to know there's someone keeping an eye on things and keeping them running smoothly!! I definitely appreciate Mr. Helpful.

Thank you for giving every consumer a voice, even the ones who don't spell well or who are maybe overreacting to their situations - and thank you for giving me an opportunity to share my experience and knowledge with them. I've learned a lot from reading these letters, and I hope I've shared a lot with the ones I've responded to. It's great to have an avenue to share information with exactly the people who are looking for it!

Listen, I'll be the first to tell ya things aren't perfect here - the community is still "geling", the search engine needs an oil change, and I want the site to remember me so I don't have to type that danged email address and password every blinking time I visit!! ;o) But you've come this far, and I really have the faith that, given a little more time, you'll get things whipped in to shape. Not only will you provide these simple things we've been nagging for, but new and exciting features we haven't even thought of yet. I for one can't wait!!

In short? From one vocal, opinionated, midwest momma to the site that gives her a voice - THANK YOU!!!
