Mike H. should be sued by PlanetFeedback for the slander he causes
this site just by being associated with it.

People who don't have credit cards. Or people who do but don't want to
go further into debt.

And loan stores? They have to pay interest, don't they?

Just a snarky, cynical commentary on the way the econmomy works for
the "working poor" - just taking things too seriuosly again.....;)

if wal-mart were not discriminating against women, why was there a
HUGE uproar about it all over the country?

now, i'm not saying that they do or do not have women in management,
but i do know wal-mart was not approving birth control prescriprtions
on their medical insurance plan, but they sure were approving viagra!
in my world -that's discrimination.

i don't know what ken v said or didn't say, but i think you're getting
all worked up over nothing. how much money does wal-mart make in a
year? is what ken v. says REALLY going to make enough of an impact
that wal-mart will ever notice?

...but am I supposed to know who Ken V. is? I didn't see anything
anti-Walmart posted in recent days.

i said the exact same thing. It got me into a big disscussion with
someone who said it wouldn't hold up in court. Don't know which law
school they graduated from, but i'm with you. Ken V. committed a
crime.

I would be the first to say there is no love lost between KenV and I,
but I have to say, Mike, at least when Ken makes a statement, he has
facts to back them up.

I have yet to read one comment by him, no matter how annoying, where
he doesn't give solid evidence in the form of references that anyone
can easily check to verify.

You would do well to consider that fact the next time you post one of
your own delusional rants on discrimination or sexual expoitation, or
whatever subject happens to strike your fancy on any given day.

Here we go again Folks..... someone in the Walmart's PR firm has a
long lunch and some time to kill.... barely rises to libel and
slander. It's Ken's opinion. Should Walmart feel libeled and slandered
because of Ken's free speech, well, i'm guessing here...they have a

Mike H. you might want to read the laws on slander and libel. Get your
liberal head screwed on a little tighter. The Wal-Mart in this town is
junk and trash as well as several towns around me. If they cared for
anything it should be their appearance first then set the standard.
Show us what they really support with factual documents or shutup.

slander will hurt them.

Ken V was probably fired or never hired from Wal Mart because he is

When I read stuff from Ken V it makes me go to shop at Wal Mart not
stay away.

He's probably one of those braindead union stoolies who think the
union is out to protect them and wants Wal Mart unionized to help
their workers.

Anyone who thinks the unions want Wal Mart to unionize for the Wal
Mart workers is too stupid to be allowed to live. They want the union
dues so the head of the union can buy his 3rd private plane.

This is base on all the useless garbage you dish out. This is not your
first letter about ken V. It's old. No one cares. Please grow up and
act your age.

Let me give you a little background here, Mike. I post all over the
internet on blogs and message boards and I always use the same name,
Ken V. You know why? Because I want Wal-Mart to know it's me and
anytime they wish to sue me for libel they know where to find me.

You give me credit for criticizing the Beast of Bentonville in areas I
rarely touch on..i.e the environment and philanthropy. Not that there
aren't criticisms to be made, but I generally focus on other areas.

I don't claim any such thing. 1.6 MILLION current and former female
employees are making this claim in the largest gender-discrimination
case in history. (Dukes v. Wal-Mart)

I've been anti Wal-Mart for almost 5 years now, Mike. You don't think
if Bentonville thought they could shut me up by suing me, they
wouldn't have done so by now?

FYI, slander is verbal, libel is written.

And, yet, you don't worry about A&F suing you for libel for you claim
of promoting the sexual exploitation of children.
