Question. On 2/17/11 I wrote a compliment letter about California Pizza Kitchen, and as of today 2/21/11 it has not made it to the "Top 25 letters" list and since then other letters have.
This is a great feature. I have one comment - several years ago a girlfriend of mine said to me "You know, there is no Q in coupon." So, now days, I am always careful (because she said it to me more than once), to say "Coo-pon", and not "Que-pon". Writing this probably won't have the same affect but I thought I would mention it as an FYI. Keep up the good work.
