You OWE me, AOL!

You still owe me for damaging my computer.

"The error likely occurred due to a conflict between the ATWPKT2.SYS driver file and other networking hardware or software on your computer. The ATWPKT2.SYS driver was created by America Online, Inc." from MS.

This error shut down my computer in March & cost me over $192 to get it running again. In June, it temporarily shut it down, when I copied the MS report.

I mentioned this to the service when I return back in the state in August & she just ignored me, pushing your new non-member member plan where you hope to make ad revenue for free.

I only got 2.5 months free AOL service from this. I should at least get three times that.

Your request for more free AOL service confuses me.

What good is having more months of free AOL to you if it keeps killing
your computer and costing you $$$$ to get it fixed?

Just cut you losses and find another ISP. Sometimes free isn't worth
it.

I have installed AOL on at lease a dozen computers over the years,
I've been a member since 1997 and there have been no problems or
conflicts.
