This was a painful letter to read, James.
Not because of your situation, but because I can't believe you ACTUALLY submitted this letter.
First off, who the heck are Bob Wallace and Drake? Should we know them? Do they work at this McDonald's?
Second, the manager was, "standing there with her face hanging out looking stupid?" That kind of sounds like a cool trick? Can you go back and get a picture of that? I think I'd like to put it on my website TO ILLUSTRATE HOW MANY MORONS THERE ARE ON THIS PLANET!
Third, WTF is a, "blob of greasy ice?" The sausage wasn't cooked? The biscuit was still frozen? Most people who have had a science class beyond say, 3rd grade, know that when grease cools, it solidifies and only begins to feel slimey or greasy as it melts again, so the whole concept of "greasy ice blob" that you ate is scientifically impossible.
Fourth, join the real world, James - NOBODY owes you anything because you were "aggravated." If you chose to continue frequenting this store, than the problem was YOURS. You don't deserve compensation for being stupid.
Finally, as I always ask every OP, "What did the MANAGER tell you when you complained about the situation?" Oh! You didn't say anything? To bad, so sad, nothing for James today!
I think I liked you better when you were just paranoid.

Now James, was this Mcdonalds located at the Wal-mart that the rented goons follow you around in, and if so did they follow you to Mcdonalds?

Here's the thing I NEVER understand: If they always screw up, and you hate going there, Why do you go back? Yes, one person stopping going someplace wont effect the place. But if you hate it, STOP! Save you conscience and STOP! We had the same problem at the McD's near where we work. After the fifth time IN A ROW they messed up, we said ENOUGH! We are not going back. It's been just over two months and we still haven been there. The same thing happened with Fred Meyer. They finally screwed us over so bad that we stopped going there. It's been nearly three YEARS and we haven't stepped foot in ANY of them. Stick to you guns and find another place!

Hi James-
This sounds like the Wendy's near me. They can't take an order correctly through the drive-thru, get angry at you when you correct them, and then when you go to place your order inside, they still get it wrong. This happened to me when I went inside, asked for the manager, and he was the one to take the order. Also, they give you your total and tell you to drive up after every item.
That being said, I do not go to this Wendy's anymore. There's really no hope. I suggest you do the same for this McDonalds location.
Also, when writing a business letter such as this one, you should really check your grammar, spelling and punctuation. It will help to ensure that the recipient will actually read it. It also helps to not suggest that they get a whole new management team. It would be better to say: "I just wanted to bring this to your attention. I hope that you act upon this in a way that you see appropriate."
Good luck finding a McDonalds location that gets your order right.

My question is this: if the service is so bad and the food is so awful, why would you want a gift certificate to go back? I would think 10 visits would be more than enough to determine that it's just an unpleasant experience.
Another problem is the request to hire new management and to fire or retrain the crew. McDonald's can to that at the drop of a hat because retraining and hiring new people costs money, and probably way more than they're willing to pay in a situation like this. I find it very doubtful that you'll get anything close to the demands you're seeking.

yeah, alot of times, McDonald's isn't worth the aggrivation. Most, if not all, McD's letter here say the same thing: that they didn't do my food right, they were impolite, etc. Writing a letter to them is a waste of time.

Please do us all that favor. Oh, and try not to go back to McDonalds. I am sure you can find another fast food place to suit your needs.

No one is forcing you to eat at McDonald's and the fact that you keep returning speaks for itself - - and your request for 10 free meals is ridiculous.

Why do you even continue going back to a place that ALWAYS has problems?! Are there no other McDonalds around you? How about making your own breakfast for a change? Eating all of those sausage biscuits is not healthy I'm sure.

So what did you do with the blob of greasy ice? Did you show it to them or eat it? Why not stop going for a while, til they have an employee turnover. Apparently it's chaotic there. You don't have to put up with it if you find a better place to eat.

Can we have this in English please?
"Managent", "moring", "dive-thru" and "aggrovation" are not words in the English language.

really really really really really REALLY has no room to call anyone else "stupid".
I have to ask, Who is REALLY the "stupid" one in this scenario... The people being paid to be there? OR the person who stands for TWENTY minutes waiting to give his order and money?
I know I won't wait more than 5 minutes unless the place is extremely busy.
McDonald's doesn't have "hash rounds", that's Burger King.

"With her face hanging out looking stupid"
More like a monkey with a keyboard, typing stupid.
I wouldn't call anyone else names before learning to read and write if I were you.
