 What a fun crew at Starbucks!

Wow, what a great collection of employees this place has!
Every time I've gone into this Starbucks or even drove through the drive-through, the employees have added to the pleasant experience of getting my morning coffee. Everyone there is unfailingly cheerful, helpful, and really seem to enjoy being at their job.
As a "regular," I always am treated to a bit of chit-chat or asked how my day is going. What a great bunch - it's pretty clear that whoever manages the store knows how to keep both employees and customers happy.
Oh, the coffee's pretty good, too.

Our local Starbucks has a great crew too. It sure makes a difference!
The last thing you want first thing in the morning is for an employee
to put a damper on your day. Your letter has motivated me to write a
complimentary as well.

My brother used to work for Starbucks and had a lot of regulars that
he took good care of. Then, there were some regualars that he just did
NOT like, however, he treated them as though he did like them and
always gave good service with a smile!

I wonder if it's something they put in the coffee, because I've had
the same experience in every Starbucks I've ever visited. It is just
such a pleasure to go there, not simply for the great coffee, but for
the uniformly great service I get at every location. It's good to know
this isn't just a local thing. Way to go, Starbucks!
