Hello!
On January 7,2007 I purchased the song " Your Beautiful by James Blunt ( Explict). When I listen to the music there was swearing music and I didn't like this music so I purchased a much better clean version of this same song and it's a lot better.
I would like the ITunes Store refund 99 cents back on my account because I did not know there was two music choices between Explict and Clean. So I like the clean version better than the Explict Version of it. I would like a respond when you get this message. That will be great. Thank you very much for your help.

If you have not already done so, please follow these steps from the iTunes Store Support website (http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/store/buy_troubleshooting/):
"I bought the wrong version of a song.
Be sure to listen to the song preview before you buy a song. Double-click the song's title to listen to its free preview. Make sure your speakers or headphones are set to a comfortable level.
If you have already purchased the incorrect version of the song or video:
1. Locate the item in your Purchase History (itms://phobos.apple.com/purchaseHistory)
2. Click the "Report a Problem" link
3. Select "I purchased the wrong version of this item (Clean vs Explicit)"
4. Enter a description of the issue that you're experiencing in the comments field and hit Submit
Our support agents will review your request and get back to you as quickly as possible."

I purchased the CD and found out it was a different version than you hear on the radio also. There are a few songs that have been changed to some degree. But after the CD is opened I guess a person is just stuck with it. I listen to his music because his voice is good and I find most of his songs are done well. The radio stations play his songs often and you get to like them enough to buy the entire CD and then you a stuck with the lyrics that Blunt puts on the original songs,I guess. I didn't appreciate the switch,so I plan to stop purchasing his work for now.

I vote for a refund based on the politeness of your letter.
Let us know what happens because I'm curious if iTunes ever issues refunds based upon a user's error.

You clicked "explicit". My 9 year old daughter knows that if the word appears on the music/movie/game she will not be allowed to listen/watch/play it.

You taught your daughter what the word means.
You would be surprised at the number of people who don't know what certain words mean.
I have a fairly extensive vocabulary, and I run into people, young and old, at work, who will look at me as if I have two heads, or they will just come out and ask, "What does that mean?"
Probably hard for us to believe, but this sounds like a young person who simply didn't understand the meaning of the word.
