and I can't belive how some people can be so ridiculously rude. Not
only to me, but to other people around them! I was taking orders at
the snackbar, and I was going as fast as I could. I have to admit, i'm
a fast worker when it comes to a register. My last couple of jobs
dealt with them and money so it obviously had nothing to do with me.
but this there was this guy in line and there were three people in
front of him. He starts telling me what he wants and i'm like dude,
you need to wait. So i took his order and gave him his number slip. We
were really busy to begin with and ran out of grilled chicken fast. Of
course that is what he ordered. So Tara and I had to thaw it out in
the microwave and then begin to make it. He came up just as we
finished and he asked what took so long. So we explained that we were
busy and the grilled chicken was frozen. Well, he proceeded to say it
was bullshit and we were lying. Then he through his mayo at us and
said he didn't want any of the effing mayo. Even though he asked for
it to begin with. Ugh. People make me so mad sometimes. =\

instead of everyone complaining about customer service.. there should
be a place where employees complain about customers. =]

Yes, I'm aware that most of the people on here who I have called out
on being mean have said a few things that are not mean. But does that
excuse the fact that they have been mean? I don't believe so.

It's like saying, "I can say whatever I want and be rude to whomever I
want whenever I want because sometimes I am nice." I personally find
it silly that people are so quick to justify being rude, mean, or
cruel to another person based on the fact that either "they were mean
first" or, "they deserved it." (you're the one who said DESERVED
here)

And you ask why I haven't made "helpful" comments? Why don't you think
about that when you decide to comment on someone's letter and not be
so "helpful".

that it's very easy to point the finger when you make no effort
whatsoever yourself. YOu want to make it a better site? Get over your
little tirade and post some comments yourself. People aren't flat,
they are multifaceted and I'm not going to tailor myself for you or
anyone else. If I thinks omeone deserves a nice comment, they get it.
If they deserve a sharper one, they get it. Tough freakin cookies. get
off your high horse and make useful comments instead of always whining
about someone else's.

There are many people on this site that are vocal in their efforts to
tell everyone else that their comments are 'mean'.

Some of those people offer up helpful advice IN ADDITION TO chastizing
others for being mean. While I may not always agree with these people,
I do respect the fact that they occasionally have good advice and
insight for the OP or even for the person they're chastizing at the
time.

However, in looking back through most of your posts, I don't see many
comments, other than to critizize others for *their* pointed remarks.


You ask what the point of this site is? Well, while I do think that
some people are somewhat tactless, at least most of them have an
*opinion* on the matter at hand. Right or wrong, it's there. And I'm
certainly not saying that it's ok or acceptable to be 'mean', I also
don't think it's acceptable to use this website ONLY as a means of
criticizing and chastising those who are.
