Do you have any shared letters for the AT&T company?

I have been an AT&T consumer starting with Pac Bell through AT&T
through Cingular and back to AT&T.

I have over 10 lines with them, and this last episode is making me
reconsider my commitment to them.

Almost two months ago, I ordered the 128 gb IPad for my UCLA course.
The IPad was shipped out promptly; however, it was sent without a
signature required and did not show up at my office. So, I called AT
& T, and they refunded me and reverse my upgrade.

Three weeks later the IPad showed up at my office, and this is began
an incredible ordeal of the poorest customer service that I have ever
had to experience. I called AT & T and told them that I would like to
repurchase the IPad. They told me no problem go to the Corporate AT &
T store, and they would resale it to me. So, I go and spend almost
three hours at the store. They did not know how to receive it back in
their inventory and resale it because it was an IPad 128 gb. So, they
called and talked to customer relations who finally at (one) 1 minute
before closing tell me that they would take care of it and because of
the aggravation give me a 200 credit toward the IPad and bill the
difference to my account. Well, I thought that was nice and
unexpected. (Have your Mom ever told you to beware of free
gifts?)...Well, the IPad to this day has not been unblocked because
they thought that I created this whole ordeal to get a cheaper IPad!
Can you believe this? And since they have already billed my account,
I am stuck with this IPad because I need it for my UCLA course that is
only on an IPad!

I am writing because I need help!

I recently used your service to try to complain to T-Mobile. You site
addressed the complaint to Dr. Wolfgang Reitzle, CEO.
Dr. Wolfgang Reitzle is NOT the CEO. The T-Mobile CEO is Robert Dotson
and I have not been able to gain a direct address for him.
Please update your contact information and I would also appreciate it
if you could find out an address for this current T-Mobile CEO.

Thank You,

Ken P.
