I took my daughter and three friends to Red Lobster for her birthday. After waiting 45 minutes to be seated it took 10 minutes for the waitress to come to the table. After waiting another 25 minutes for our food, the waitress brought 2 orders that were wrong. I took an additional 15 minutes to get replacement orders and even after that, one of them were still wrong. By that time we were disgusted and did not want the food. We just wanted to go home.
I would like for Red Lobster to send me a refund for my over 70.00 that I spent on the five of us or at least send vouchers to be used at a later date.

The other posters are completely right about what you should have done to receive a discount on your meal. Besides, if only two people got the wrong orders, the other three people shouldn't get free meals.
And waiting 25 minutes for your food isn't bad. It sounds as if you were there during a lunch or dinner rush. Of course we can't know that for sure, because many pertinent details are lacking.
What was "wrong" with the orders? If someone received a completely different dish, I can sympathize. If someone received a baked potato when they wanted french fries, well, that's not such a bad error.

The time to address quality and service issues is while you're at the restaurant and before you pay the bill. Your e-mail doesn't indicate which location you visited, the date and time, etc.
What did the manager say when you brought this situation to his or her attention?
I'm sure you would like a full refund but you haven't handled this situation in a manner that warrants it.

You don't mention what day, time, OR location this was, and I find it difficult to believe you timed everything.
Why, if everything was so badly handled, did you not request a refund/comp at the time of service?

what i find frustrating is your USE of certain words TO enunciate yourself. being a server myself, i certainly hope i never ever ever have to deal with you as my guest. i highly doubt you have ever had to work in the service industry before. i took a baked potato out that had bacon bits on it (and it shouldn't have) by accident tonight, and my guest brought the error to my attention. instead of demanding that i pay for her meal, or calling me stupid or inadequate, she simply asked me to replace it. when i have 15 meals on the go for my guests, and someone else is dressing my food for me, mistakes happen.
