Dear Mr. Yoshio Iniaba,
I am on my second Toyota in 6 years and I must say they have all been happy. I purchased my first truck in 2000 and initially decided on Toyota for no other reason then price. The vehicle never gave me a problem and the sales and service staff were great. I Just recently purchased a new Toyota and everyone at the dealership was very helpful. Once I arrived home I noticed the sticker said floor mats were included but my vehicle had none. I called the business agent and informed her that I would stop by and pick up the mats over the weekend. Much to my surprise that night the sales man stopped by my house on his way home and delivered them. Bravo Toyota never will I look to another you guys are the best.

Very nice to bring it to their attention. Toyota is one company that
knows you only get one chance to make a good impression and it shows
in their attention to detail.

If it weren't for the fact that my husband builds parts for GM, FORD,
DODGE, etc. I would drive one too. Good thing is we are getting a
Toyota plant in Northern Mississippi.

We've owned several Toyotas, and loved them all, especially our 1991
Camry. If it wasn't hit by a galloping deer, it'd still be on the
road!

Everything about them so far has been great. The products the people
everything. If you husband documents the miles and sends it to Toyota
customer care they give out rewards of some sort. Well atleast I know
they use too. They give them for 250k, 500k and 1 Million.

Toyota might even put the truck in a commercial... that's a lot of
miles!
