This is why you need to stay in school Tracy. I'm assuming your mom or dad got you the phone and that you're somewhere in the junior high school age.
The letter is very poorly constructed with multiple errors. You have improper capitalization, incorrect punctuation, run-on sentences and terrible spelling. Even though you may not be as well educated, the people you are writing to are. You need to receive the help from your parents to make the letter seem more professional. Maybe ask one of your teachers for help in constructing this letter. I'm sure they would be willing to help.

You shouldn't assume that an item comes with any accessories. A quick look in or on the box, or even asking a sales associate, would tell you if it did or did not come with a data cord. (Most phones don't) And ten bucks to send a fax? heh...

I got a little lost here, but...
Sprint phones, in general, are not "chipped" to prevent your from using BT. You're thinking Verizon.
I have a Sprint RAZR phone and I'm able to use BT for a headset, to transfer data (including pictures) between my phone and PC, and to use my phone as a modem (although I don't do this as it costs extra). I can't really think of anything that Sprint has stopped me from doing via BT. Maybe you happen to have a phone from a manufacturer that added these limitations? But I can tell you from my experience (and from reading the experience of others) that Sprint is one of the better companies when it comes to allowing you to use BT any way you like.
