This is why you need to stay in school Tracy. I'm assuming your mom
or dad got you the phone and that you're somewhere in the junior high
school age.

The letter is very poorly constructed with multiple errors. You have
improper capitalization, incorrect punctuation, run-on sentences and
terrible spelling. Even though you may not be as well educated, the
people you are writing to are. You need to receive the help from your
parents to make the letter seem more professional. Maybe ask one of
your teachers for help in constructing this letter. I'm sure they
would be willing to help.

You shouldn't assume that an item comes with any accessories. A quick
look in or on the box, or even asking a sales associate, would tell
you if it did or did not come with a data cord. (Most phones don't)
And ten bucks to send a fax? heh...

To clear up any confusion, Gino, every BT enabled phone that Verizon
has can link into your car. Verizon just has a block on anything
copywrited and in some of the older phones, you can't send pictures.
That's starting to changed. Verizon is starting to unlock BT on most
of their phones so it can sync with a PC as well

My needs have changed and I'm happy with Verizon on my land line and
computer...I'll have to ask before I choose about Bluetooth being
unlocked.

Huh??? I don't expect you will get a response to this letter as it is
way too difficult to read. Please consider rewriting it and using
puncuation marks and capital letters (where they belong).
