I am lodging this complaint as a result of what I consider as a business owner myself to be unacceptable and outside of great character of a company like Circut City. As of today I have been without my notebook that I purchased from your Columbia store in Northeast Columbia, South Carolina. Much to my surpise 2 or three months later a problem surfaced and I took it back to the store to be serviced, only to learn that what was done did not fix the problem. At this point I am livid because the notebook was purchased to support me in my business, and while I made this known when I took it back to the store because the problem resurfaced I was told that they would have to ship it out to be repaired. I agreed with this only because they made a comittment to have it back to me within a three day window. It is now 35 days later and numerous conversations with your support analyst and managers and I have yet to receive my notebook. I have been given false information which is a misrepresentation of your company. I am simply livid at this point that not only have I lost business due to this, but I refuse to be taken advantage of when as a consumer I have rights, and I intend to execute unless a resolution is positioned. If there is any additional information required, such as names of persons that I've spoken with I'll be more than happy to provide it. However my ask is that we bring closure to a problem that should have been resolved as promised. Your dedication and consideration will be greatly appreciated, and let me not fail to mention that this is only one of numerous items that we've purchased from this location. This incident has forced me to look other places in the future, which truly saddens me as a mother with two teenagers that has shopped at this location for years. Again I thank you in advance for your support.
Send my DAMN notebook!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

I, like the previous two posters, will tell you the last sentence of your letter stands out very poorly. I will go as far, however, in telling you the rest of the letter isn't much better.
The wording, sentence structure or even spelling is absolutely appalling.
As a consumer, you have certain rights, but they are spelled out within your warranty agreement. If service needs to take place, there is may be no guarantee in the time frame it takes to turn around the product. Of course, there would be no way anyone could guarantee a certain turn around time.
Whereas you needed this form of protection, you should have either shopped around for an extended service agreement which guaranteed such with some sort of a replacement guarantee, or possibly even purchasing a second computer the same as the first. This second computer would supply you with a reasonable backup.
If your business really does require you not being without your laptop, contact Circuit City or one of their competitors about getting just such a second computer.
Best of luck and let us know how things turn out.

I hope you realize that using profanity will get you nowhere.
I'm sure that Circuit City will be jumping on the chance to send you your notebook ASAP (as slow as possible).
Remember, you catch more flies with honey than vinegar.
