I almost fell over when I finally got my account in order with Sprint. I am pleased to share that Sprint finally took some responsibility for their shoddy customer service and credited my account for all the mystery charges. When they realized they couldn't explain them, it seems they have no choice but to admit defeat and do the right thing. I am not going to get too excited, though. I won't be the least bit surprised if these charges magically reappear in a couple of weeks. :P

Wah wah wah! I am entitled to what the coupon says because all people should be perfect, including K-Mart and shouldn't be allowed to make errors ever!
THEY MADE A RETRACTION.
I don't care what Duracell and P&G said. They aren't giving people Duracell or P&G gift cards. K-Mart is the one who loses. When the terms of the coupon are changed, why throw a fit? Accept it and move on.

As a former fastfood worker, I must say, nothing is more irritating than someone who pulls up to the drive through window and orders 3,000 hamburgers, (especially when each one has specific requirements). While I can sympathize with wrong orders at drive through windows, I can't sympathize with someone who orders extremely large orders, doesn't check it before leaving, and THEN state that the people who work there don't deserve to make a minimum wage they can halfway survive on. Life is pretty short to be such a fucking snob.

I finally received a response to my letter. It basically said a whole lot of nothing. It told me that they were not able to locate my account in their files. I find that very curious considering they were given my phone number/account number, name, and address with the letter. These people are aggravating me so much. I had another marathon phone call to customer service today for reasons related to my bill (again), not my letter. I guess I will write yet another letter via Planet Feedback, but I will include my info IN the letter so they can't deny having it.

Why on Earth is someone writing a threatening letter to a former employer via Planet Feedback? On top of that, why is he/she sharing it? On top of that, why would someone be so sore about losing a job at a place which abuses the mentally ill? Furthermore- why didn't the OP QUIT?!

Planet Feedback needs to come up with a way to let you preview your comments before posting them! I didn't know I couldn't make a little man out of characters on my keyboard. It had a functional purpose, believe it or not!

Some of these letter-writers really do need a swift kick in the head. Some of the silliest complaints I have ever seen. So far, my favorite is the woman who wrote to Friendly's because they wouldn't serve her breakfast at 12:15 p.m. Then she just has to throw in that it was because she was at church. Totally irrelevant and self-righteous!

It may have more to do with the attitude accompanying the lack of smile. I don't mind someone not smiling but they also don't need to behave as if they are inconvenienced by me. Ya know?
Regarding your comment below, so long as the letter is well written and reasonable you have no reason to worry. I read your letters and you seem as if you would be just fine. :)

I have noticed on this website that people are really rude to each other... I shudder to think what kinds of comments I will get. I guess I will find out. The one I have received was supportive- so far so good.
